Worms in the chocos crunchy bites.

I have found dead and alive worms in kellog's museli

Yesterday i opened the pack, and started to use, i could see dead ants and many flour beetles in it.

I have been using kellogg's cornflakes as a breakfast meal since 10 years. From the last 1 year, the quality of the cornflakes has been deteriorated. But today when i opened the half kg packet, was very disappointed to see the piece of it. The size have been reduced and it was very hard to chew as not softer as before. The softness n thickness is the usp of the product.

Being a loyal customer, i am still ready to pay more but please do not lower the quality to generate profits.

I started taking cornflakes and milk as my breakfast for last few weeks. I am very disappointed to see quite a few worms floating in the milk today. I poured down flakes from the packet and soon found them throughout the packet!
I am shocked to see them in a product of such a reputed company.
I wish to clearly know how the company would rectify these.
Of course you lost a customer now and many more potential customers who will get to see the picture i have with me until you can somehow make me sure i’ll not accidentally eat worms in my breakfast.

For past some moths, i have notices that there is no almond in the honey and almond kelloggs. This is the 2nd time i'm facing this issue. We pay high price for this variety and then end up without almonds, which is really unfair. I would have rather bought the plain kellogs buy paying less amount. Last month too i had faced this issue. I just over looked it. But again this month the same issue. Kindly look into this issue at the earliest. If this continues, i will ensure a bad word of mouth spreads across harming the sale of this product. I dont have any pic to attach here as the paper box i have already thrown out due to corona.

I ordered kelloggs corn flake large pack from groffers website, opened it yesterday 18th may and found fungus inside it, i am really upset because i really trusted this brand. People of all kind all age from kids to old do eat kellogs but if the quality of the product is like this then it will make a lot of them sick.

Please consider my complaint as a major issue and will be waiting to hear from you

Living flour beetle found in the cornflakes.

Hi i have purchase chocos from one of the retail shop when I open to eat woth milk I saw insect running for the confirmation i spilt all in a paper to check j found insect and lot of holes in it on chocos this is very ridiculous and we also give this to children how can this company supply such product also checked the expire date but it was within expiry date

While eating I find too much Almond piece in the cornflakes . Please don't put Too much Almonds . Such piece struck on my Throte & faced difficulty. One day it also struck in the throte of my 8yrs Son Son also . Such Thing is harmful for everybody of all age . So Please Stop giving too much almond in the Cornflakes

Today morning i went to a nearby store and bought a big pack of kellogg's classic chocos.net weight:1.20kg. And mfd:10apr2020. I checked and bought the pack. The morning i chose this choco for breakfast i poured 'em in a bowl and added some hot milk to it. As the milk was so hot i left it for 5-10 minutes to cool down! I tasted the chocos it was tasting very bad af. I thought it was a smell from the exterior. I checked whether it was from milk or other sources but surprisingly i noticed that a bad rubber-like smell was coming from chocos!!! I checked the mfd date of the pack it was fresh, then i continued eating then i felt vomiting sensation due to the smell emitted by chocos. I seriously report this!! I speculate the company is using some kind of harmful chemicals to prepare the chocos, i love chocos but this issue made me so enraged! Please take this seriously, consumers need a better protocol as making food not bad as this plz, we may fall sick!

This is my 2nd experience and that's why I am writing this.

I bought Kellogg fruit delight muesli in March 2020 and has a shelf life up to 9months.

I love to have it on my breakfast but today I have seen worms in it.

I have not expected this again.

I have purchased a Kellogg's Chocos Crunchy bites (Mfd./Batch No. 14SEPT19/11:41, T4A140919) about 15 days back from Relience fresh stores in Bangalore (sent the pictures of the product to kellogg's). I was quite surprised to see that, it contains about 41% of refined flour (maida). other major contents appears to be sugar and

About 10 days back (probably on 2/3/2020) i have reached out Kellog's consumer care at[protected], asking the reason behind such a significant quantity of maida content. No one bothered to reply me. On my next call to follow up on this, (on 4th March 2020) the consumer care executive told me that, a call back will be arranged in this regard. However, no such thing happened.

Please note my concerns:
1) would like to know what is health benefits of Maida - that too in a food (breakfast cereal) often may be consumed by children?
2) Why a consumers concerns are not reciprocated (or cared) by the company? It is quite obvious that, Kellogg's didn't bother to reach out me, in spite of my repeated calls, and some voice maibox reaches to Kellogg's. - i am puzzled.
3) what a consumer have to do if the consumer care of one of the top, well trusted multinational food company is not responding to the consumer's concerns? Consumers concerns are such a negligible aspect for Kellogg's?

I found germs on the corn flakes.

What could be a worse meal than germs?

It is having live germs in the packet.

The quality is worst this time.

I do not have any relevant pictures to show the same, as i have thrown the whole packet.

It's very sad to see that such a big brand is having such a bad quality.

The flavour is Kellogg's cornflakes with strawberry flavour

I bought several packs of Rs.10 Kellogg's chocos original version on 10, November 2019 in New Delhi with the batch no.-TM8C but the factory is situated in Maharashtra.
To my surprise, i was disgusted to find kerosene-like smell and taste to them, raw as well as with milk.
Even though I love chocos, this experience has made me extremely angry. I demand an inspection of the facility responsible for this grave mistake.
I am suspicious of toxic materials involved.
To be noted, I can and will file a lawsuit against, if no action is taken.

Have mail to company but non of concern person was bother to response and able to make call for resolving this complaint..

Company is saying they are more prominent for quality and assurance but this is live example which i had face...
And store manager saying this is completely companies fault...

How can without my acknowledgement this complaint showing resolve? No one has call me... And i wont able to topup on on my quries... Hence i uploading fresh compliant.

I have been eating kellogg's chocos since my childhood, i bought a kellogg's chocos duet ₹10, batch no (Tm2a/12), then i noticed 4 worms when i emptied the packet in milk, then i could not believe that they are worms and took them in a table in which i was eating, and then i made a closer look and was shocked because they were alive, i don't know what can i do.

I have found a stone like object in 375 gm pack of chocos that i bought today i. E. On 13th march 2019. This is a case of high negligence on kellogg's end as they are not even sure what they are packing with their food. I have come across some other similar complaints against kelloggs on this forum and i seriously think that they need to improve the quality of the packaged food they are offering in indian market.

Today morning while having breakfast of kellogg's muesli with milk, i observed a worm inside muesli. I had consumed half bowl already. Don't know if the entire packet was infested.
Unfortunately, i don't store muesli in the company box but in a air tight jar. Due to this, i will not be able to provide batch number. After reading many complaints about kellogg's since many years now, i will discontinue using any kellogg's product henceforth. The company is playing with health of the consumer and is clearly not bothered about any customer woes.
