Sir/mam, I raised an RTI against the kenstar india for the gyeser i bought (invoice attached). There is a leakage in geyser from very first day. I raised several complaints regarding the same but no resolution from kenstar end as of now. My RTI No:- DOCAF/R/2017/50355 I am feeling like kenstar is just a fraud company who sold the product with 1 year gauarntee but not attending the issues within warranty periods. Sir/mam,
I purchased Kenstar geyser on 23rd jan 2017 (invoice attached), for my client reliance CNC bhathinda. There is a leakage (Pic attached) in it from day 1 of usage.
My representative (chandrabhushan) registered many complaints to resolve the issue but no one entertain the issue. Previous complaints are

LUD040517010
Today i raised one complaint again with token id LUD0206170135
Someone named gurpreet (9041332030) was allign to handle the complaint, but he is not able to resolve the issue.
After all this I raised RTi (DOCAF/R/2017/50355) against kenstar and also looking forward to appeal in consumer cell as well because my prestige in reliance also getting affected because of such issue.
All kenstar product comes under 24 months warranty as promised, but kenstar team is not able to resolve the issue from last 3 months
