Dear Flip kart / Kenstar Grievance Team. / I have purchased Kenstar Geyser from Flip kart. Two Year Warranty. But About the product it's not working now. please find the attachment of Purchased Invoice. Now This Geyser it's not working. I have contacted Kenstar Customer care on : 29th Sep 2021. Kenstar service people visited and find the issues manufacturing defect. Finlay Kenstar Approved for the replacement. But more than a month still I have not got the replacement. Kenstar people are giving big trouble to me. Customer care people are giving different different people contact numbers. That people taking the details after that they not responding. Some people are asking unnecessary questions. I am unable to get proper details. Within 48 hours if I am not getting proper response. I am approaching Consumer forum. I am writing the KENSTAR product review Google and face book and tweeter. Please stop this product sales in flip kart . Selling this kind of worst brand giving the trouble to customers.
