Kenstar — My cooler swing not working since the day of purchase

We are using Kenstar food processor and hand mixer but both are not working. We are trying number of time on your toll free number but there is not response, we also not track your service station in Nagpur Location and we have email our problem there is also not response so consider our problem on priority base and solve ASAP.

Actually i have purchased kenstar double cool air cooler two years back,
now some noices arise inside the air cooler, then the steel rod are totally very weak, can you send your technicians to rectify the problems and do
the needful.

am a doctor and i purchased kenstar cooler last july...i used it once and found out that its swing is not working...after that i was busy woyh my exams and left the issue...now i want to use it again...i still have warranty...what should i do... Will they help me...i heard they dont have a good customer care service and are bad service providers...i dont know that and bought the brand...
