My cooler was under warranty period when I raised 2 primary complaints.
1. Cooler fan does not run most of the time.
2. Water level indicator was not working at all.

Both the requests were serviced separately, but to re-occur again within a span of 20 days. On raising a complaint again, the service guy after repeated calls and reminders, came after 15 days. However, the issues still persists. The service code has not been shared, but seems the ticket is closed.

And now, the product is no more under warranty. Is this warranty support the company provides?

    Unfortunate to have purchased a Ken star geyser on 3 Oct 2016. Post installation by Ken star on 16 Oct, I have realized that I have been cheated completely by Ken star. The product sold to me is a defective piece and in the past 6 months since installation the geyser has been non functional 4 times and unusable for 4 months.The tank has been replaced within a month o[censored]sage, Followed by the coil and another part in Jan. Now in Feb, I am facing the same leakage issue. Despite informing and speaking to Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Satya, Mr. Deva, Mr Rajiv and your customer care there has been no action taken to replace the product. The technician form Ken star has spoken to all the three in my presence informing them of the high degradation and defect of the product. However based on the response it seems that Ken star seems to be more interested in frauding the customer.

    In the past 3 month, I have spoken to Mr Rajiv who has been only committing to a replacement however there is no update. I spoke to you last week and today you behave as if you are speaking to me for the first time. You do not even have the decency to reply to the phone calls and messages even after you commit to get back to me.

    Do I need to go to the consumer court to get what is needed to be done ?

        I have bought kenstar geyser kgs25w6p, within 3 months time water started leaking from geyser bottom.

        Till date i have registered 4 complaints and did not get any proper response from the service center "gk electronics".

        Service technician has visited twice and informed that will bring new geyser as replacement. Repeated followup with service center i get only one response that "new machine yet to be allotted and will be delivered soon". Its been 4 months now.

        There is no proper response on status of complaint either from the gk electronics or customer care number 39404040.

        Every time i followup with customer care number 39404040, i get response that the service provider has closed the complaint and new complaint number is allotted for same product. Without providing service how come service center is closing the complain and without informing customer.

          This is disgusting!!!
          It has been more than half a month we are suffering because of this waste product!!!.
          We have been following up with the local customer care center for last 6 days. We call them daily. They say we will come today. We will come in afternoon. We will definitely come tomorrow. All kind lies!!!

          The leakage is making cooler of no use in summer.

          The entire purpose of purchasing the cooler has gone waste.

          I want the cooler be replaced immediately or refund my money back. If this does not happen i will make sure that on every social media and snapdeal.com and kenstar.in website get worst reviews of all time. Along with these pictures which tell all the truth. And will also approach consumer court!!!

            This is regarding the kenstar air cooler we bought on 19 the april... From a dealer in sadar bazaar delhi cantt... Since then we r facing a problem... The water from the sides is falling on the fan causing not only the damage to fan but also increase noise... I asked the customer care to send for service engineer to do the needful... But all in vain...
            It is requested to kindly acknowledge my complaint n send a service engineer before the cooler packs up...

            Purchased kenstar aircooler icecool from local dealer in secunderabad on[protected].It stopped working on[protected], due to failure of pcb & motor.ref.no.[protected].Despite repeated telephone calls, the cooler has not been repaired till now.               My cooler is not working fine and its giving heavy noise like a generator. Raised complaint wit kenstar 1 and half months back, no response.
              1 week back 1 technician from videocon came and checked, he said he will come with the parts tomorrow. Till now no response.
              Today when i contacted kenstar customer support team, when i raised my issue with angry tone, agent passed the call to her manager and he said "helloooo hellooo... No response from your end and we are disconnecting, thankyou for calling kenstar"

              Its the most poor service from any customer support manager in india. Typically unprofessional kenstar support. No responsibility if kenstar cooler having trouble. Poor cooler is kenstar, no doubt.

                We bought kenstar water heater from girias who stated that this is new model and fast moving. Later this month on 10/4 2017 we found that water heater is started to leak. When we made complaint to kenstar customer care, a person from kenstar came and verified and stated that this is a out dated model and we will frequently face problem on this. Also stated that he need to place order for the tank which will take 10 days. I gave him the bill xerox and warranty card xerox. As of today's date no one responded. Why do u guys lie and sell a out dated model. Customer service is poor.

                  i had complained about water leakage problem on dated 09/03/2017, complain no was AGR[protected] and I handed over the Iron to the service center on dated 10/03/2017 but til now I didn't get it. My motor was not working and needs replament 'its 25 days over after my call they only assure me that when motor will come they will inform me &no stock available. Its hammpers your name that u gained in past years. I am taking lots if tension to be repaired my cooler as my place experience 40 degree in all times through out day and night.                       I bought kenstar ice tower 20 ltr cooler on 12-4-17 but its not working properly. only fan is working it doesn't cools the room. As it is summer i thought of a cooler, but this product was a worst choice. it service's just as a fan, i think it has got some complaint with its coolling compressor. it would be better if some service staff could come and check what the falt is.

                          I have purchased a Kenstar Slimline Super on 14/03/2107 from Retailer and on 08/04/2017 it has stopped working i called customer care and informed the same and technician came to my house and after checking he said there is a motor fault and need to replace the motor, so i want to know how is it possible to a fault in motor in brand new cooler. And now I won't allow to change the motor as it's a brand new cooler and i want a replacement as a new cooler orelse i will carry the cooler and will keep at the shop from where I purchased it and will publish it on a social network and will also complaint at Consumer Forum as my brother is an Advocate in Consumer Forum, so let me know about this.

                            I purchased a Kenstar Air Cooler on April 01, 2017 and it stopped working on April 7, 2017. I have raised a complaint calling the Customer Service about it on April 7, 2017 evening, but till today, April, 10, 2017, there is no one who is visiting to check the problem with the Air Cooler. I have called the technician multiple times and he says he will come and is not showing up. It very painful as a customer to keep on calling the Technician and waiting for him to turn up even taking a leave from work, but no response. This is a very poor response from the customer service point.

                            I hope you would take proper action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              customer complaint: Initial problem 1) Cooler is not taking power and 2) after technician came, power was on but Fan was not running

                              I purchased this Kenstar ICE cooler with remote in Bajaj electronics(Maddenaguda-Hyderabad) on 3rd March with 10, 200/-. I opened the product on 18th March and it was not working due to Manufacturing defects of the product. I raised a complaint (HYD[protected]) and technician came to my home and he checked the product and told manufacturing defects available in this product

                              I asked for replacement(new cooler). they told we will not give replacement and we will replace the parts. I called many times them and they are not lifting the calls and talked with rash. Both Kenstar and Bajaj electronics not providing solution

                              Bajaj electronics people delivered defect product and they are not giving replacement.

                                It its to bring in your notice that the professionalism lacks in your staff that has led me to bear total disruption of working of my microwave oven. I am a resident of House no.518, sector 7 kurukshetra. I made a complaint around year back through your customer care. A representative named Ram kumar came on your behalf to repair my microwave. He gave his no. and said you can directly call us i am the sole service repair provider of kenstar in kurukshetra. Calling me or customer care is one and the same thing he added. He took the service fee too.
                                2 months later the microwave again stopped working due to some reason and the plate that causes heat needed to be replaced.we called him thinking he is working on your behalf. He changed that plate. Our auto cook button was also not working so we asked him to repair. He said the whole plate which has all the buttons needs to be replaced. He took the microwave to do that. When we received it after a day, the buttons were working but not smoothly and the MAIN TIMER KNOB WASNT MOVING AT ALL. THE BUTTONS WERE NOT CHANGED RATHER HE DAMAGED THE KNOB AND SINCE THEN WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SET TIMER THROUGH IT. THE KNOB WAS SMOOTH AND IT WASNT SUPPOSED TO BE MANHANDLED AT ALL. THE PROBLEM WAS WITH BUTTONS ONLY THAT TOO AUTO COOK BUTTON.

                                HE DAMAGED THE MAIN ELEMENT OF MY MICROWAVE AND THE KNOB WHICH WAS BUTTERY SMOOTH WHENEVER I SET TIMER IS NOT MOVING AT ALL NOW.

                                He cheated on us by taking your name. Now we adont know what are we suppose to do.

                                    Y Reference No. is CHE[protected]. Required servicing, change of candle and the tube connecting the purifier to the tap. All these details were given when speaking to customer care staff over phone. A man [Mr. Antony [protected]] came the next day Friday 3rd March] did not even look at the purifier properly, said they do not do servicing, just took the service charge Rs.225/- +vat25/- and left without giving the receipt, saying he would come the next day with the tube and candle. Called him the next day [Saturday 4th March] as there was no message from him and he said he would come on Monday. I lodged a complaint with the customer care number dialled first and they provided me with the number of G.K.Electronics, Chennai. On contacting them they said only tube available and candle has to be ordered from Aurangabad. I asked him to send the tube at the earliest as i was facing problem. He promised to send it on Monday [6th March] but again i had to call both Mr. Antony and G.K.Electronics. Mr. Antony said he would come only on Tuesday 7th (!!) and the latter they would send at the earliest. No more info. Suddenly in the evening around 7.30 one Sumati called from G.K. Electronics and apologized and promised to send the TUBE today [Tuesday 7th] early in the morning. Around 11.30 Mr. Antony turned up minus TUBE but with the tap holder [this was not the problem or the complaint lodged at all!!!]. In fact i was told the Tube cost 200/- and i would get the receipt for 450-/- paid [wastefully] 250/-+200/-. NOW WHAT DO I DO? SPEND MORE OR CALLS AND LOSE MY TEMPER!!! All that has happened is pay 250/- for nothing at all.

                                      Complaint was raised on 09/01/2017 and reference number is BAN[protected].
                                      No call back received from any service centers / technicians. Finally i called up the service technician number that i received along with the complaint number. He has no idea about this and all he said was, he will call back and that never happened. Finally after 2 days of waiting, i called up customer care and requested nearby service center so that i can take the appliance there myself and get it repaired.

                                      I called up the the service center (Krish Technologies, Ram Murthi Nagar, Bangalore) and they told to bring the Mixer grinder. They confirmed that they have the parts available and will repair it soon if i bring it to their place. I traveled some 5KM to the service center and surprised to hear that they dont have the part to repair ! They took my number and assured to send a technician with parts needed by next day morning. Nothing happened and they were not even picking up the calls.

                                      Finally on 13/01/2017, a service person came to my place. Next surprise was, he didnt bring the part with him. Not sure why he did that when they knows what the issue is, even i personally requested him to bring the part with him, no use...next surprise was, he said all the part replacement is chargeable even though its under warranty. He was even suggesting to buy item with Guarantee, not warranty, unbelievable ! Eventually he was yelling that he spend petrol to reach my place and i have to forcefully get him out from my place.

                                      So an item under warranty gets such poor service after 'n' number of calls and follow ups.
                                      They were not even ready to send a technician and i was forced to take the defective item to their place, still no use.
                                      Finally, the technician who came after 5 days, he was asking money for service for an item that is under warranty.
                                      Kenstar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
