I recently bought a kenstar tower cooler model name glam 50r from an electronics store in my city, sultanpur, uttar pradesh.
Within 15 days of purchasing it, i am facing issue of water leakage from the backside cooling pad of the tower cooler, due to which i was not able to use this product. It was totally waste of money.
I have registered a complaint, and a technician visit to check it but he was not able to solve the problem and hence i didn't provide the service code but without providing my service code, my complaint was deleted from their system.
After that i registered complaint around 2 times, but no one visit and my complaint was again finished without any service.
The product was in the warranty period and i was totally harassed by the after sales service of the company.
First, they make worst engineered product model and after that they didn't provide any service under the warrenty period.
I wouldn't buy any kenstar product in future, as they will never gonna listen any complain after that.
They only take your hard-earned money and sells cheap quality product and also didn't take your under warrenty complaint seriously.
I want my product issue to be resolved as it was under warrenty period and it has only problem of water leakage. Was this information helpful? |
