I purchase kenstar glam 50 r cooler april.2018, with in two weeks motor gone bad, unable to sleep it is spreading water entire room, i informed to kenstar customer care and i raised complients and send their engineer to test, that engineer told motor issue. They did not resolved issue. I again booked complaint with kenstar customer care the technical team not yet answering calls. I given complaint with in a week10 to 12 time. It's failure model. I am not satisfied kenstat cooler. Please don't purchase.
Very very bad experience with kenstar, i donot know where i want post complaint. Kenstar customer care team is very poor and number also too bad to raise call.

    I have registered a complaint for Kenstar Geyser on May 8th 2018. Technician already visited the place and suggested to replace a TANK.

    I have been trying to follow up with your customer care team since then but getting only one answer that "Branch part is pending", whenever I call them, they simply say will escalate the issue but then nothing happens.

    I have been provided few manager's number (Abhishek and Ramesh) but unable to reach any one of them.

    Could you please resolve this issue ASAP?

      Dear kenstar team,

      Its really sad to complaint about the worst services i ever had from kenstar team.

      I am facing issue of water leakage from the downside of the kenstar hot spring geyser due to which i'm not able to use this product. It was totally waste of money.

      I have registered a complaint twice, i am calling to your technician kanakraj[protected] all most everyday after 23 may. I talked more than 5 times the customer service center. I have escalated complain to area manager abhishek[protected] by message and phone. Still no one visit for repairing.

        new glam 50r tower cooler water leakage from backside cooling panel

        I recently bought a kenstar tower cooler model name glam 50r from an electronics store in my city, sultanpur, uttar pradesh.

        Within 15 days of purchasing it, i am facing issue of water leakage from the backside cooling pad of the tower cooler, due to which i was not able to use this product. It was totally waste of money.

        I have registered a complaint, and a technician visit to check it but he was not able to...

        Dear kenstar team,

        Its really sad to complaint about the worst services i ever had from kenstar team

        I have registered a complaint for my refridgerator which stopped working. My refrigirator is in warranty period.

        We have registered a compaint on 14th may. A guy came and told us you need to change the compressor.

        After that no one came to change the compressor.

        Is it taking a month to change a compressor. Hell with your services. I took a worst decision with taking your products.

        We are trying to call service center. Every time they give us the number and tell us call on this number.

        No one is responding on that numbers.

        A lady picked the cal and from last 10 days she is saying parts not available, and the way she is talking is rediculous.

        They are not taking the calls also now.

        The way they are behaving is like hell.

        The number which i got from the service cenetrs are :

        1 - [protected] - no response.
        2- [protected] - lady picked the call and talking rediciously. Not giving details anbout my product.
        3- [protected] - no response.

          Worst service provider ever experienced. I purchased a cooler from kenstar where they provided me a problematic one... I have been following up with kenstar to get the problem solved even these people are not able to make things done.. Then what is reason behind giving all fake promises in manual that there is home services. Suggest not to buy this product because their service is worst. Customer care number never works, no reply of emails.

          I need either refund or exchange.

            I bought kenstar ice cool model 1 month back. After using for 1 month water pump got damaged. Service center guy said we should not use bore water and need to use pure water for cooler. Replacement of part didnot come even after 1 week. Summer is almost over. Its use less to buy kenstar aircoolers. The customer care service is worst. It always donot work. If you are purchasing kenstar product be ready to repair on your own money. Fraud company. I will complain to consumer court.

              We have bought Kenstar Cooler April 2017 and May 2018 its not working, Now they say its out of warranty to repair. I have been raising a complaint from May 1 to get resolved but they donnot have any consumer support number or website where to raise issue. Back again i raised a request through Pai International so they forwarded it to Kenstar people and now they say that its out of warranty. But whereas the the cooler was stopped working around May 1.

              Pathetic service. Worst products.

                I have purchased kenstar ice cool with remote on may 2nd 2018 at bajaj electronics miyapur location. From day 2 we observed that cooler stops suddenly though power is on. After few minutes motor gets heat and we power off for an hour after which it starts working again.

                When called the local service number it was obvious that they are playing an announcement that all executives are busy and request us to send an email or sms. I have sent sms 5 times and only once i got a call and from last two weeks i am waiting for technician to visit which never happened. Technician promised me 4 times that he will visit on particular day and time and he again keeps his phone switched off.

                I have realized that decision of buying kenstar product was wrong. Service is pathetic. Brand like kenstar should at least take time in checking there customer service and support rather busy in selling product to vendors and customers. I will not hesitate to give piece of advise to any one around me to not buy kenstar products any more.

                I am at-least expecting kenstar to involve and send technician to repair.

                  We have purchased kenstar air cooler on 30 march 2018.

                  The same sir cooler have stopped working now. We called customer care number and no one answers the and waiting period is for hours and getting disconnected automatically.

                  So we have sent sms but no have come back so far. Then, approached dealer saraswati appliances and electronic at krishna nagar. Who responded very rudely.

                  So whoever is planning to buy kenstar product. Please consider pathetic services as well.

                  Also we are not sure if someone is reviewing complaint on this portal.

                    Sir i'm dr dilip tripathi residing new ram nagar orai district jalaun up. I had a new cooler in 2017 and after installation cooler burn within a week and repair, repair continued whole the year. I lodged last complaint in end of the march telephonically but no repair or replacement take place till now. Kindly replace the detected cooler so the faith of people should be maintained about kentstar products.

                      I have raised service request for my air-cooler on march 24 2018. Technician visited and he looked in to it, he told me some internal part is damaged and should be replaced so he need to request that internal part from kenstar as he said, since one month when i called him answer always from him "internal part was not received from kenstar".

                      Can you please speed up the action. It has been waiting for one month.

                      I has been pending for more than 2 months.. Is that your service? In my life worst ever service i have experienced.. I have called technician more than 100 times.. It is very frustrated to contact you, since you gave this email for support not even single reply.

                      I think i don't want track this anymore.. I felt very bad lesson to me i never ever buy any kenstar product in my life time.

                      I have found yours ceo email id through internet.. I want this to him here if it is his offcial email id.

                      Even you don't have my tracking id your saying when i am calling to you..

                      I don't know is your mistake or you r vendor mistake such poor thing..

                      But anyway i bought your product only.. I shouldnt go kenstar product again.

                        I have purchased kenstar cooler in dec17. However not used but when opened that product i found water rotating motor is faulty hence raised many complaints and calls but didn't get service.

                        Kenstar cooler service is third class.. I suggest not to buy this product..

                          Brand new kenstar ac very poor quality, just 2 weeks of purchase, ac producing loud noise
                          Brand new kenstar ac very poor quality, purchased brand new kenstar ac, via amazon on 11th april 2018. Its been just 2 weeks since i bough this ac but from 24th april 2018 morning ac producing loud noise and unable to use it. And i when i call customer care since 25th april, no one is responding and it auto disconnect after 20 mins. Likewise i have been trying many time and spending almost 20 mins each time and everything gone in vain. I have also tried messaging service but none called me back. So now my request is to replace this product and provide me brand new ac. I don't want you guys to service all i need is to have brand new ac again. Because one if we start repairing the sense of new will go away and i need to call you guys for amc for life long. I don't want to get into such worst situation. I demean for a replacement.

                              bought a kenstar 25l storage geyser kgs25w5m in october 2017 and had it installed by kenstar.
                              later in january 2018, it had a problem and it was not working and we called kenstar customer service and they sent their representative.
                              he inspected and told us that tank got damaged and needs to be replaced and also said that he would order the tank and it will take 2 weeks maximum to get the tank and have the repair done and we need not pay any money since it is in warranty
                              from then (January 2018), problem is not resolved. Every time when we go and ask they are saying they didnt receive the part yet and it would take one more week. We tried contacting kenstar customer service through phone and email as well.. No one gave proper response
                              if they cant provide a spare part or service even after 4 months, wont they replace the product?? Doesnt they have a timeline in which they have to repair the product in warranty or they can take as long as they want??? How long do the customer has to wait?
                              kenstar didnt respond properly at all (Email phone or watever). I said i will file a consumer case and they dont care at all
                              i request for refund/replacement immidiately.

                                I would like to know the status of my complaint, reference number tha[protected] dt.13.4.2018.
                                You first go through my mail properly. It clearly states your emergency in closing down the matter.
                                When i enquired in your call centre, i was given the service centre number to contact [protected], where anwar himself picks and says the spares have come and will repair it on 22.4.2018 although if it is a sunday.
                                So, now tell me, when you people readily agreed to resolve the issue, when are you going to do that.
                                Neither the call centre people are ashamed to apologise again and again, nor anwar is ashamed of fake promises, now let me see if atleast u are concerned about the reputation of your company.
                                Note: the original complaint date is 30/3/2018 ref. No:tha [protected] and the new ref. No:tha [protected] for the same work.

                                  I have registered a complain for my cooler repairing on dated 13/04/18 which is uder waranty period.
                                  After 8 days no any action taken by the company. Whenever i have colled to customer care exicutive they said wait for next day. One day a technician called me and says that he have un availablity of proper parts to do service. If parts come he will give service he also says that the senior employee are not avaling parts.
                                  I am unable to understand in haw many days company wi give the service.

                                      Cooler moter issue is not addressed when in warranty and now they say it is out of warranty and motor issue. They say the motor needs to be replaced. The service team were careless and we had to make many calls to get another service, and it was too bad.

                                      I don't have track of the complaint numbers because we are not given any receipts.
                                      The service center denies fixing the issue .

                                      Got call from service center and they are asking to open some old complaint number in March 2018..
