    Dear Consumer Affairs Manager,

    This is regarding my Complain Number "KSC795264" of Khaitan Zolta KGZ15S Gyeser, which hasn't been resolved in last one month. The operator came couple of times after calling them so many times. They opened my geyser 20-days back, saying they gonna order the 25-litre new tank, I called again so many times to Mr. Arjun in Jaipur ([protected]) & Mr. Sagar @Om Agency (Khaitan Service Center) Bhiwadi ([protected]), they says Tank haven't arrived yet.
    The opened Geyser is laying all parts opened in my Bathroom. I suffered this 1-month winter without geyser.

    What's the use of Buying the Khaitan Geyser, if they can't service it on time.

    I request you to register a Case regarding my issues of Full amount refund with inconvenience penalty they created to me.

      I have bought Khaitan celling fan 5 months ago but my fan is not working. I have called there customer care but they are not responding at all.i have registered complaint on 17/09/2019. Customer service executive keep on telling me that your complain will resolve in 1 day but it kept on unresolved... Kindly look into that. I would like to say Khetan fan service is worst in India

I have been having a very pathetic experience as it is my first experience.. I called customer care on 3rd and they said tech would visit on 3rd, i did not receive any follow up.. I called again today and spoke to sushmita, who is very rude in particular, first of all i did not get any respect...

        Dear sir/mam,

        I purchase a khaitan gas gyser on 9th octuber 2018. From last july 2019 i am facing a problem in my gyser and i registered a complain having complain no ava759828 dated 22/07/2019. Then technician visited at site and check the gyser and found that it has been burnet properly and told me they will change it asap. After that i am regularly calling him and coustomer care no and also call to mr ramesh (Head of service department) but i am not got any response from there side. Even they guys not picking my phone calls.
        After that i again complain on 12/08/2019 having complain no ava765242 but not get any response and i again register a new complain on 16/09/2019 having complain no ava774950 and again call to technician and to mr ramesh but they guys but my no in block list and then i called to coustomer care no they told me they will resolve this issue in one or two days.
        But till date my problem is not resolved. So i request u to plese change my gyser asap. My gyser is in warrenty period.

          Regarding my cooler not proper working' as follows

          1. Current comes on body.
          2. Burning smell comes from cooler when running.
          3. Air throw only 2-3 ft

            We have purchased khaitan company cooler dt.on 2apr -2019.price 11900 rupees.i have bill also khaitan cooler. Before some days cooler swimming point is not working.i went to cooler shop from I have purchased the cooler.shop name bajrang lal hemant kumar 2 gautam saharan bazaria sawaimadhopur. Shopkeeper refused me to repair this cooler swimming point.and he abused me and said go out my shop.and he give me cooler warranty dec-2019 completely. Plz take action against the shopkeeper.ps meena cont.[protected].

              Gear box of my wall fan is broken. Modle name is w 43 so it is not swinging. There is no problem with motor or its speed. The problem here is that the fanis not swinging tru and fro. This wall fan is about 5years old. It is ivory white in colour and good working. I dont have complaint regarding its coil or smooth runing capability. Again the only problem is its gearbox is needed to be changed.

                Bharat modern agency haldwani
                On 23/12/2018
                On the very first use of mixer it broke down
                I complained to the dealer he promised to change the whole product i gave him back full product with bill and warranty card
                After two days he only repaired the broken part and gave back now again after four or five time use the part which was replaced is again broken
                I requested the khaitan india to replace my whole jmg otherwise i will go to consumer court for justice

                  I have purchased a Khaitan Zolta
                  geyser 25 Ltr online from Amazon In. on 09.11.2018 and get it
                  delivered on 15.11.2018.
                  After installation, I came to know that there is leakage in return
                  safety valve of the geyser. After contacting Khaitan customer care
                  over phone they have registered my complaint and one of your service
                  executive from Ahmedabad with Phone Number[protected] called me and
                  informed me that no free service is there for the products purchased
                  online.
                  I managed to convince Amazon In. about this and they have paid me Rs
                  400 for repairs.
                  And today morning when I switched on the geyser, it just stopped
                  heating the water even after 2 hrs of operation. I have merely used it
                  for 15 days yet.
                  As per the details of the product I have seen during online purchase,
                  3 years warranty on product and 2 years on inner tank was mentioned
                  there.
                  I have attached a copy of the bill here for your reference.
                  Kindly go through the details and revert with details that who will
                  repair it or return it.

                      I have logged the complaint againts my celling fan on 1st of sep 2018.
                      Complaint no - ksc694055.
                      The techincan called me on 5th of sep and agreed to visti on 8th sep but till now no one turned up from them.

                      I called twice after my 1st call and evertimes they say that it has been esclated to service centre and very soon you will have an update.

                      My one of room is without fan and with such pathetic support we as customer needs to suffer a lot.

                          I purchased the khaitan fan on 9 july 2018 and somehow fan stopped working. It was in 2 years warranty, i market complaint service department. It has been 8 days, i marked second complaint. The representative called me and said that he is there for service, somehow i was not at home. I requested him to come next day and call before 1 hour atleast. He asked me to come to service center to get it done.

                            We are using khaitan electric geyser, the complaint is about geyser is not switching on. We have faced same before as well they mentioned that they need to replace one part of the Geyser.

                            I had raised the complain request through customer care support number(Complaint No :[protected] days back and doing daily follow up with the customer care, every day they are saying service person will come to your place before 6PM. As of now no body turned up.

                            I never expected these kind of response from the service center. I lost faith on Khaitan.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that my mother (75 yrs) stays in Patna and got some problem in her Khaitan fan. As usual she thought to get it repaired by the company so she contacted Khaitan toll free number and Khaitan Technician of Patna center Premchand (cell : [protected]) attended this call.

                              He told us that the fan has some panel problem and can be repaired by spending 900-1000 Rs. We told him that it's too much as new fan costs Rs.[protected]. He told us that after repair you will not have any problem and will work as new.

                              He repaired the fan and told that he has done some additional work and need 500 more. My mother refused to pay more than 1000 so he took 1000 only. He demonstrated fan working to her and went back. I understand that if any good company do any work then there will be no discount/excuse. They will take full money how he settled the account ??

                              My mother tried to run the fan next day but it was not working. She contacted him but he did not come after promising many dates. I also talked to him continuously but he delayed it and finally visited 2 weeks back and told us that some motor problem is there. I can share the telephone call log if required.

                              I contacted Khaitan Toll free number again and they advised me to talk to Sonu, Service Incharge Patna (cell: ([protected]). I talked to him time and again but he did not send anyone to investigate this. We have sent lot of What's App communication also to Premchand and Sonu but they are not responding.

                                This is regarding complaint no. - 651510, 655459, 659926. I have raised initial complaint for non-working of khaitan fan in my flat on 28th apr. From 28th apr till date i am continuously following up with customer care. Every time they provide new complaint no. And till date their is no action taken against my complaint.
                                It is really pathetic service you are providing to your customers.
                                In my flats their are 7 fans of khaitan and 2 are not working from last 2 months which are in warranty period.

                                With brand like khaitan, i didn't expect such un-professionalism and will never go for khaitan again in future and will also tell others to keep away for khaitan. Your customer service is really worst and not reliable.

                                    I have purchased a room heater 7 month back nd it’ has a warranty of 1 year nd i have logged a complaint agnaist my heater on 27th of november nd the technition has came on 28th nd took the room heater to the service center nd they promised to return my heater with in 2 days nd i have nt yet got my heater repaired after 13 days also. On 9 th of december the technition cane nd returned the same heater in nt working condition nd told u have to wait for more 10 days and i told thn to replace the product but the service head is saying to throw the heater on the road nd it’s nt our responsibility to give u the service nd do what ever u want to do and i m nt getting any response frm thm.

                                      I have purchased a exhaust fan on 20/07/2017. After two months motor was stop and not working. I complaint on 07/09/2017 in services center, after 3 or 4 days letter services engineer came and checked theexhaust fan and said that motor will be change and give me a slip and told to visit to dealer (Agarwal electronic, indrapuram, ghaziabad). I visit to dealer from 1 week but there was no positive response. I complaint again and complaint no is 603058. After that the engineer came and changed the motor but motor was unpacked and next day motor stopped again. After that i complaint again on 13/10/2017 and complaint no. 606068. But there was no response. After that i complaint again on 17/10/2017 and complaint no is 607099. But there was no response. After that service center provide me a mobile no[protected]Rakesh agrawal). But he is not answering my phone call. Please resolve my problem.
