Hi Team,

Need your immediate help with High charges been levied by Khivraj Motors Indira Nagar in Bangalore.

I took my bike Avenger 220 # KA 05 HM 4314 to Khivraj as my gear were slipping and was making cracking sound. Even Vehicle stopped while Driving.

Local mechanic suggested taking it to Showr0om for full inspection, I dropped vehicle on Monday 5-29 and was told it will charge near about 6 K by Service guy [removed]( Who manage claim vehicle nad have seen in past too quoting high charges for nothing ) for gear changes but if any thing else is damaged or not can be determined post opening Engine. I raised my concern stating Mechanic outside told its gear issue why such high prices, it was told by Branch Mgr [removed] that its labor charges is only 3800 ( which is astonishingly high ) moreover I was told vehicle will be given in two days . Today morning I got call from Showroom stating its 12 K worth work as few more parts are damaged I need help as feel its planned to meet target. I am been victimized to make sure Khivaraj mint money.

On complaining, I was asked to come to showroom and showed bore burnt, 4 gear gone, pad need to change etc( as if it planned to show me so many damaged parts ). I was made to understand, if want vehicle can fixed with only gear changed and taken which will cost 6 k. ( But no guarantee on bore and other material )

Need help team. Please intervene and get me proper serviced vehicle with minimum expenses, I think I been cheated into paying heavy amount. Vehicle is due tomorrow evening 6-2. Please see how I can get proper serviced vehicle without much expense.

Hi Team,

Please be informed, My issue is been addressed by Branch Mgr MR Naik. Who was kind enough to explain all details about charges and pass on waiver as applicable. I am pleased with service done. I liked the part that Mr Naik took personal intrest in issue and made sure timely return of vehicle with proper closure on all issue in vehicle is addressed, It was sheer professional approach by My Naik and his team ( Muthu ) led to positive experience. I want to thank them for all support.

    Bike was given servicing on 09/01/2017, there were some issues noted by service in-charge. On his advice I agree to change the BushKit and some other parts. When I have received I have noticed the same issues, he said it will resolve after 5-10 KM driving. After servicing I find some new issues like Chain sound, Clutch setting not proper, Automatic Brake while turning handle left. I visited there again after 2 days explained the same, mechanic did something but didn't resolve completely.

    Later when the same sound was coming again I checked with my local mechanic, He said the Bush was not changed at all. Even though it was charged fully. Either they should change it with the new BushKit or refund the amount charged for it.

    This is the worst service I get, their response is so pathetic.

      I have given my bike for service on 17/11/2016, Khivaraj motors(10173), No, 33, 4th main, 5th cross balakrishna Reddy layout, Dodenekkundi, Near sbi Bangalore-560337 To change the engine oil, Radiator coolant oil, pass light is not working that’s it, I got the bike delivered on 18/11/2016, from that night my light is not turning on and my self has also problem, And my engine sound got changed again I went to the showroom asked they said that radiator coolant has been mixed to the engine oil, barring has been gone, I told them to change it and for that also I paid, My suggestion is if they remove the radiator then only it will get mixed up and these all happen, Before giving it to service my bike was in a good condition, there was no noise in my bike, I used to give in Bajaj service center every time for the service, Though I’m in Bangalore that’s why I came to service center in the hope of you otherwise I would give in local machine shop if you guys itself not genuine to us how can we come again or buy the vehicles, Really fed up with your service totally my bike itself gone because of you guys, That to by bike is TN registration I can’t even talk to them I shut my mouth in the belief of you I gave my bike to service. After seeing this message will you guys can make my bike normal without asking me money it’s all your mistake

        I booked a pulsar 180cc on 10-11-16 in khivraj bajaj kasturba road,
        they told it will deliver next day, next day i went there they said just 10 minutes you have to wait, i was waiting nearly 2 hours there is no answer from any person except just 10 minutes, finally they told come tomorrow after 2 it will be ready and we will deliver, but again they are giving same answer like yesterday,
        finally they told you can come on monday, i dont understand what are they doing my bad luck i went this worst bajaj showroom and made down payment of Rs 45000 (bike exchanged bajaj vikrant)

          I my self vijay from bangalore. I have given my bike (pulser 150) for service in indiranagar branch. My bike is given for 2nd free service. They hold up my bike for two days saying that something is damaged and all. When I went for receive my bike I paid the money and waiting for 2 hours but no proper response for me. Pls manage this branch properly.

              I bought my pulsar rs200 last year, within a year and 10000 kms, it is giving me serious vibration issue, and ultimately the cone set of the handle has been replaced. After replacing the con set also there is some issue with the handle as it is not in a correct alignment and moving to and fro while riding.
              I seriously need someone to take action, call me on [protected].

              And please be true and honestly tell me if you guys actually resolve these issues??
              If yes, i should get a call for proper servicing of it. No service centre takes interest in your bike if there is some issue other than normal servicing.

                I have recently 27/01/2016 purchased a bike AS 200. right from the beginning it has problem . i face issues with coolant which is mixing up with the engine oil .everytime they will come up with new solution and have to change engine oil which in turn costs me money . bike's ODO is 2300 kms for which i changed oil three times . which i am supposed to do for 10000kms not for evry 600-700kms


                hate bajaj . i am more like a biker guy . never had issues with other sport bike only when it comes to bajaj is the problem

                reason im wrting this complaint is everytime i have pay money when they experiment solution for my bike and that ain't cheap


                now whose gonna pay my money back ????? its manufacturing defect !!!why these bajaj doesnt care about end consumer .now again today morning i got the bike back now again same problem . if i go they will tell we have change that ' this etc and change engine oil !!! what am supposed to do ??? its funny cause i have to travel by bus even when i own a sport bike (sorry i mean faulty bajaj bike )

                  I had given my bike for service on 5th match 2016. prior to this i had a small collision on the right end of my bike, which is a kawasaki ninja 300. and as far as we could make out only the brake pedal was bent. on the time of giving to service there was no real crack on the right hand side fairing of the bike. while delivery the right fairing was broken and the screw attatchment was also broken on the front of the bike.and they also said that when the parts were removed for service there was no real crack or breakage on the right hand side sheild of the bike. when taking delivery, 30 seconds into a ride, i noticed a small crack and took it back to the indiranagar Khivraj diamond service centre, where the bike had been serviced. they first told me I had crashed the bike immediately after taking the bike out after delivery where as upon their inspection there was no visible proof of the bike having crashed at that time. they are not willing to own up and take responsibilty of this mishandling issue and also unaccpetable behavior by the service centre Head Mr. Harsha.
                  when asked to talk properly he asks me if he should fall on my feet and talk to me and things like that. so i asked him to learn from the yamaha people on how to talk to customers. he said "even when a man dies he learns something"
                  I would want a replacement for the whole left sheild which costs Rs 14000 or more.

                    I had gone to service, my bike yesterday[13 2 16] at 9 pm but they did not serviced my bike at 9 pm they gave me at 6 pm
                    at khivraj motors hesarghattta road
                    and my 1st paid service they charged me a bill off 3000 rs for simply
                    not done correctly, then they said me to give 2500 rs [ added in the images] is this a service point or a fruit market i really disagree about the cost and timings

                      I purchased an Bajaji Avenger 220 at Khivraj Motors Hesaraghatta road Nagasandra Branch in the month of September but the horn of the vechicle is very poor when i left the vechicle for the 2nd free service i informed the incharge person about the problem but the problem was not solved when i questioned about it they informed that they will replace the horn and told that there is no stock and took a time of 3 days but after one week also they are not ready to replace and not properly responding.

                        I have changed the stock silencer, but not satisfied with the performance of bike . So i while changing back to the stock silencer which is factory fitted there was damaged caused from my end a coolant pipe connecting to the radiator and the engine block. So i took the authorized service center for the changing the damaged coolant pipe. But after 2days the service center i got a call that the coolant leakage is not stooping after changing the pipe, so i should change the entire head block engine.n I dint not face any coolant leakage prior . So for just a damage of pipe near the engine block i should change the entire engi9ne block. It dosen"t make sense to change the entire head of engine. For my DUKE 200 (2013 Model). Please help me.                           Bike was performing fine with minute problems, while given for a regular servicing at Khivraj Bajaj Marathalli. When the bike was delivered after servicing, the self start was not working properly, gear slip was happening, acceleration of the bike degraded drastically. When I took it back to the service center, I was told they need to replace parts such as: clutch plate etc. They didn't have any explanation for the self start problem. Many problems started only after the servicing.

                            I have left my swift car(TN05 AY 6393) for regular service in Khivraj Bajaj, Anna Salai, Chennai on 14th November, 2015. Job Card Number - JC15018149. When I took back my car after service, it was in much poor condition than before service. when I questioned the officials regarding this, there is no proper response from them. Please do the needful. Maruthi's name is being damaged because of these types of incidents.

                              Regarding warranty issue & misbehaving of showroom staff

                              I gave my 200ns pulsar in khivraj bajaj hoodi Bangalore on[protected] regarding gear shaft warranty claim on job card no 3903. The staff are behaved very very bad, then I consulted head office of khivraj Bangalore. They're not at all interested to claim the warranty, they are trying to get the paid service, then they showed rowdyism on me. They given back my vehicle on[protected] without claiming the warranty, they given reason for not...

                              My above mentioned vehicle reg number is KA03HZ567
                              the bike was taken for accident repair damage and claim as on 25th august 2015.
                              the parts were ordered and which took 15 days for procurement. after my continuous pestering ...i was told vehicle was ready on 16th sept 2015 . but nobody from the technical side attended to me. nobody explained the repair work done. nobody crosschecked if the refitting and rest of vehicle parts were in condition.a cleaner assistant was asked to deliver my vehicle.all they wanted was payment and billing.when i reached back home...i found the tool kit band torn. cause of which there was rattling noice .this was for sure damage done during vehicle handling. the ride was so uncomfortable because of handle bar not aligned properly.the rear foot rest panels on either sides were loose.

                                respected sir, I am iv nageshwr from banglore i hav booked rs200 in kasturba road khivraj bajaj on april 1st 2015 at time of bookng they told 30days waiting now 30 days finished and now when i called company they are telling you need to wait another 20 days and i hav paid 50000 as booking amount but atleast did not tell me which serial number number is my booking number the person who attended me was a lady name kavitha gowda and another point to be noted is that other company like amba bajaj are delivring the bike within 15 days but these khivraj people still not yet able 2dlivr my bike ! I need my bike within 3 to 4 days or else i will file a cheating case on khivraj bajaj tatsal !
                                Its same for me dude. Frustrated to the core.

                                  Hi, This is Prakash .I have given my bike (Pulsor 135 CC) for servicing to Khivraj Bajaj Service Center @ Domlur Flyover and clearly mentioned the issues 1) Bike is not starting soon after 5-6 Hrs. standing on one place 2) Gear Issue (Gear gets stuck while changing it or suddenly gets nuton in between).Servicing expense was Rs 3170 (Which looks very high to me) in that Battery was replaced and normal servicing was done.However those two main issues are still occurs.After that I went to the service center thrice but one took it seriously.I have very worst experience with this service center and I thought my spend on the Bike servicing is waste of Money.I would strictly recommend to the customer don't go to this service center.

                                    I purchased a new Bajaj Avenger 220 cc from Khivraj Bajaj Motors, 100 ft. road, Indiranagar. While providing documents, there was a mistake in my name and address in my Registration Smart Card. I provided them correct information but still there was mistake from their side.

                                    I purchased my bike on 18th November 2011 and he told me that i will get my corrected Registration Smart Card with in 1 - 2 week. But still there is no update from their side. Whenever I go to talk to them , they keep telling me "Sir, 1 week more". Now, it's near about 2 months and still I am without my Registration Smart Card.

                                    Apart from this, I gave my bike for 1st service and after that my bike became less smoother than earlier. I still have problem in leg-brakes. Some rough sound comes out when I press the brakes. And also I went 2 times to resolve this problem, but still the brakes become loose again and again. I don't how they work. I am just frustrated from them now. They are not providing convenient service to their customers. And that's a major disappointment from them.

                                    Please take this issue into account so that I can get my Registration Smart Card asap.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am a customer who blindly trusted Bajaj as a company and Khivraj Bajaj as franchise who would provide good products and services to all its customer, however I was wrong.

                                      I am owner of a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc bike. I had to get a regular servicing done for my bike therefore I approached the nearest Khivraj Bajaj authorised service centre by name S.K. Motors.

                                      When gave the vehicle for servicing i was quoted a charge of Rs 750/- But when went back to pickup my vehicle in a days time I was asked to pay a sum of Rs 1291/- When asked why, I was told that they have changed a lot of the parts that were faulty and therefore the bill was so much. When I complained as to why I was not consulted before changing the parts. I was told that its a usual thing where if they noticed any faulty parts then it would be replaced.

                                      Then when I asked them to show me the faulty parts they digged into some junk and picked up some parts which i am not sure if it was from my bike. finally when i told them that I am not ready to pay what they are charging they threatened me saying that they would allow me to touch my bike unless I pay them the money.

                                      Now i dont have my bike with me and I am being forced to pay what they are asking me.

                                      I am not sure if this complaint will reach the concerned person form Bajaj or Khivraj Bajaj. But I hope it does so that they know that such service centre and actually tarnishing the image of a company like Bajaj and Khivraj Motors.
