I have booked a Samsung mobile phone and paid Rs. 12000/- via ccavenue online payment from khoslaonline.com on 10 June 2020. But when I tracking my order it shows "order received" status. After 24 hours they did not shipped my product yet. Their customer care number is worthless. Nobody received the call. Very poor customer service. My order ID is 26747. My Name: Mir Samim, Mob.
