The most pathetic service ever. My two shipments are stuck in kolkata foreign lcao since[protected]. No update whatsoever after that. No movement. No response from india post twitter handle or any officials of west bengal postal department. Pathetic. Atleast a response would have been highly appreciated. Shame. I know they have immense workload as this being a festive season and there will be huge parcels load but a offical online response would have been a great placebo effect atleast. I thought of getting my parcels on the occasion of durga puja as puja gift but thanks to kolkata foreign lcao, this happiness will not be fullfilled. No update since 8 days is too much. What kind of service is this. Its 2017, not the 90s. Kindly improvise your services. Extremely irritating and disappointing. Now tweeted a complaint on the Twitter handle of Kolkata Customs, no update yet. Do i need to call on the Kolkata customs contact number? Will there be any use? Any suggestions? | |

Parcel stuck nearly a month stil not delivered which is very bad services ever seen. No respons from the custom team to support, Who is responsibly for this who gonna help. Highly disappointing
My parcel got stuck by Kolkata LCAO, and till the moment I have not received, it is very pathetic service by Kolkata LCAO, My tracking no. is RP[protected]CN and RP[protected]CN. Please release my parcel asap and update.
