My 2 products ordered from aliexpress are stuck with kolkata lcao since 2nd november 2019 and there is no update for the same and there is no means to get any update on the shipment. It has still not been released by them in spite of trying to reach the indian postal service, there is no update on the parcel even on the website.
Kindly help.
