Dear Sir

On 30/9/2016 I made a payment of Rs.444/- by using HDFC Credit card
for crediting my prepaid Mobile Data account.( Mobile Number is [protected]
BSNL Gujarat circle) As the payment was not credited to my mobile account .
it was to be credited back to my credit card account. But till date it was not
credited back to my credit card account. Please look into it and expedite
refund immediately.

On dated 19th Dec'16, I did Airtel recharge on my Airtel number of Rs.84, this amount got credited from my account.I have done it using Internet banking. Earlier it showed recharge successful but as the amount got deducted it showed recharge failed. I have still not received my money back.
Kindly the refund the cash ASP.

    I have ordered the Videocon D2H HD connection on 10th Oct 2016 16:55. Order ID :[protected]D79007 through a website (www.komparify.com). I have done the payment while booking itself. The SLA was 1 or 2 days. No progress after 2 days. when I tried to contact the customer care I found there is no contact number to reach them. Only option is email. I emailed them the issue and got a response which said it will be resolved ASAP. Again waited for a day and saw no progress. I really doubt is this a genuine website. I should have done through an offline store. The installation would be done on the same day. Seems like the reviews mentioned in the website are not genuine. The customer care team don't even bother to resolve the issue. There is no option to even cancel the order. I would suggest buyers to please avoid buying through this website.

      I made on online data recharge on my no .[protected] The amount was RS 199 for 2G data airtel recharge. It was done online. The amount from my bank account was deducted instantly but the data pack for that amount was not added on my number. Transaction failed but amount didnt get credited to my accountI made this recharge on 27/08/2016. I demand immediate refund or .do the needful.

        I tired to recharge sms pack of Rs.49 on my prepaid vodafone mobile number [protected]...The website is showing progress in recharge for 20 minutes...when complained has replied that recharge failed and my money Rs.49 has been kept as Komparify Points to be used for future recharges.
        This company appears to be fraud... Plz dont deal with it...It appears like this they create a fund with them unauthorisedly...BEWARE...

        Komparify.com perused my complaint here and it has come to my notice that the online sms recharge of Rs.49 on my vodafone number was failed due to some technical problems.         Wow! So quick...just after filing my complaint here someone from [protected] contacted me to know what exactly happened.. I explained...I asked him to get my recharge done or refund my money ...for that he asked for my Account details/Debit Card details...that is again not fair at all...

        I say again My Friends... Plz Beware and don't at all use Komparify.com for your recharges needs.

        It took money for recharging my Videocon D2h Rs 275 two times on date[protected] and[protected]. But it no recharged my videocon D2h. It took money from our account but no refund the money.So, I request to do action upon this quickly.
        I have recharged for rs 90 and the transaction shows as failed and it is not refunded to my bank account..

        I dont want to use it as an alternative recharge from the wallet..please refund my amount to bank asap...

            [protected]., i made a online payment for prepaid recharge of airtel 3G data pack of Rs.295, with the website, "www.komparify.com".My order id of that website is "[protected]".I successfully passed the steps of payment with Selection of pack, then login, then confirm, but at the last stage of transaction, it displayed that, "Recharge Failed. Amount Refunded to Recharge Points, Retry Recharge", even the amount got debited from my bank account too.But it got failed..I expect that my money is refunded back sooner.

                      I recharged my Tata Sky DTH connection([protected]) on 16 Feb 2016. The amount was 250 INR and transaction went unsucessful and I am still waiting for refund. Not much a matter of money but it's all about loosing trust and faith in market.
                      Pathetic site. Very bad customer service. My transaction was unsuccessful and it is more than 2 weeks, I do not have any refund. My details are with company registered on 16 Feb 2016.
                      I have made two failed attempts to recharge my phone for an amount of 75&11 rupees, both of which failed due to incorrect listing of recharge value on your website. Please process a refund asap.

                          I received a call and the representative assured me that the data pack will be added with in 5 minutes and you will get a conformation SMS for the same. No SMS received on my number. Are you people even real???????????

                              I have ordered Videocon D2H HD Box on 15.07.15 and while ordering they assured me that it will be installed at you place in 2 day max. after two day a person from Videocon called me and told me that he will charge Rs. 200 extra for installation because your area is out of over coverage. I told him that while ordering Komparify representative told me that installation is free but if extra wire i.e. more than 10 meters wire is required for connection than only he will charge you as per the company's rule. He told me that your area is in remote location so we charge for it, then I told him let me check with Komparify. Even though it was out of rule I agreed to pay extra amount because we were without TV from more than 2 weeks. But till today no one has contacted me for installation. I myself called and send email to Komparify they only give excuses.

                                I have ordered airtel DTH connection through Komparify on 8th of April. The order number is[protected]D24261. After two days of follow-ups DTH got installed on Monday 13th of April. Still my connection has not got activated. When I talked to airtel customer care, they have mentioned that required details has not been provide by Komparify. Whenever I communicated to Komparify through email, they responds with message that it will be rectified earliest. But, I do not see any positive response Komparify side. Even komparify do not pick-ups the phone from my number. Since last three days I am requesting komparify (through email) to resolve the issue but it is not yet resolved.
