Kotak Mahindra Bank — being charged twice for the same loan | |||
I had a loan with bajaj and tata capital and took a loan from kotak on the condition that i do a bt and take a top up existing loan, which i did. Now i see that all the three banks bajaj, tata capital and kotak bank are charging me for the same loan, somebody needs to explain to me why am i being charged twice for the same loan and i have raised a dispute with cibil as my cibil score is getting impacted. I have received a charge back from bajaj however tata is yet to refund me 12000 odd rupees. I have shared all the details along with kotak however even after multiple email i am yet to get it resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
