Kotak Mahindra Bank — Closing of account not being intimidated to cibil. | |||||
Acct no 4040cd00003595 with bajaj finance (India) limited, was purchased by kotak mahindra (Acct no bf3c023368). The pending amt for this acct was paid by me and the acct was finally closed by kotak mahindra in aug 2016. The noc was fwd to me by kotak that this acct stands closed with a promise that cibil will also be informed simultaneously so that my cibil report can be accordingly rectified. However my cibil report never got rectified and on raising dispute with cibil i was informed that kotak has not intimated the closure of acct. On my fwd the noc, issued by kotak, to cibil i was informed that the dispute raised has been sent to kotak and this acct will be closed only once intimation is recd from kotak to cibil against the rised dispute. Cibil has already sent five to six reminders since feb 17 to kotak but in vain. I have also spoken to kotak customer care and fwd the request via email for taking necessary action for info the cibil to close this acct. I have been given false promises by kotak that action has been taken but the reply recd from cibil on 07 apr clearly indicates that the acct has not been closed by kotak till date. Pl do the needful to avoid unnecessary harassment being caused to me since last three months. Was this information helpful? | |||||
