In my cibil report it shows a consumer loan is pending and overdue under your bank which does not belong to me. At the time i was just 17years how could i can avail a loan. Please clear it soon. Yes i apply for credit card and they send me through bluedart but the guy didnot want to give me on my address its so piss off so i told him to give it back to the bank.

I had never applied for Jifi Saver account. I had applied for 811 account from my mobile app on dtd. 10/04/2017.
Then after I had given request only for KYC.
At the time of KYC done on dtd. 13/04/2017 some human error by your KYC agent "Mr. Dharmendra Patel".
