Kotak Mahindra Bank — Kotak Mahindra bank poor service and fraudulent behaviour | |
I have had the most pathetic experience with Kotak Mahindra bank. I transferred the amt of Rs 3500 on 6- March. By mistake, the amount got transferred into some other person 's account who has account with Icici bank. I placed the request in customer care on 7- March morning against complain reference 1/[protected] and even after 42 days bank still does not have any update. I also visited home branch in Old Rajinder nagar and relationship officer told me jo legal action lena hai le lo. I have savings account in 4 banks including Oriental bank of commerce n SBI but have never faced any concern. Is this the service no 1 private bank is providing us. Was this information helpful? | |

#kotak #mahindra #bank has fraud business services in all sectors. Debit cards and debit cards many other fraud services including life insurance. They charge more money illegally. Their fraud business should be closed immediately to save poor people from being robbed by this fraud bank. Worst banking services. And wost credit card services. They don't even convert purchases to emi even after asking them twice.
