Even I am a victim of the same issue.
It seems this issue is there since last 2 years and KOTAK is unable to fix it.
It's really disappointing.
Everyone is not so smart or active that they will visit the bank or complain via email.

I am too victim of this fraud. I was told that this is zero balance account. I don't have to maintain any balance If I don't want to, said by the Sales person. Now I am being charged randomly for low balance.

Today in the morning while i was checking my account activity i saw that i have been charged 165/- as tbms. When i googled what tbms i came to know that kotak has this pattern of deducting money as low balance even with out any prior info. And why should a 811 zero balance account should be charged any maintenance at all. This is news, it was mentioned no where till now. Doesn't it cost kotak bank's trust.

They charged me too. For the TMBS. Without any notice. Or email. These private banks are soo bad. And after that they ask how was your experience with kotak. And i haven't used any other ATM to withdraw any money. Still they are charging me for TMBS.

In my account also charged 23 INR, 9 times in this month i have salary account, my colleagues no one charged like this i am the only facing the problem in my office

If you are not credited my amount which is debit by you. I will raise a complaint in consumer court and also we go for closed account and told my all friends to this incident and suggest to don't open account in Kotak Bank.
How will you debit amount directly my account without any inform?
What type is the charge is TBMS?
Why this is required?

Which I have no idea what does it exactly mean, it is withholding the money and not letting us know for what it is holding it as a consumer how are we going to know why are they deducting this amount.
In my account balance I can see there's a certain amount but when I try to do the transaction it gives my insufficient balance.

Today i also deducted 59 Rupees.. that is a mandatory charges for ECS . if any one have any EMI scheduled then that is a one time processing fee charges
Kotak has deducting amount with out any information for regarding tbms charges. At the time of opening account they told it is zero account any now deducting amount with out any information. Kotak is doing fraud

I also face same issue in starting they said 0 balance account afterwards they cut tbms I don't know why and toll-free number says you don't have balance

Yesterday I paid 215 rupees electricity bill through talkcharge app, but money deducted, bill not paid and after that kotak bank charged me TBMS KINDLY CHECK AND
PLEASE DEPOSIT MY ENTIRE MONEY IN TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
OTHERWISE CUSTOMERS WILL LOOSE HOPE OVER KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK.
I HOPE KOTAK BANK NEVER FRAUD THEIR CUSTOMERS AS I HAVE TRUST OVER BANK BECAUSE OF THAT I OPENED SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN KOTAK.
