My CRN No. 97351302 and A/C No. [protected]. my complaint is that my star pass code SPE83MCWVF (Which Given by Kotak Bank for Month Aug'2015) was given invalid during book a ticket on pvrcinemas website. I have 12-13 reminder to Service team & 12-13 times call to customer care executive (Hitesh, Kundan, Chirag, Sanjeev, Nilofar, Ravi, Gopikishan, pooja) & 3 times talk with Senior customer executive (Mr. Alok, , Miss Shama, Mr.pradeep) and i have raised three service request (1-[protected] ; 1-[protected] ; 1-[protected]) but still kotak team has not solve my problem. i suffering from this problem since last saturday, 26 Sept 2015. Also i have send the error with screen shot to kotak service team & Mr. Alok (Sr. Customer Executive) what is the problem from kotak service team??? and its too much time taken for solve the problem. i humble request to kotak team, please solve my problem urgently. i was frustrated and irritated for kotak service.

my complaint is that my star pass code SPE83MCWVF (Which Given by Kotak Bank for Month Aug'2015) was given invalid during book a ticket on pvrcinemas website.

I have 14-15 reminder to Service team & 14-15 times call to customer care executive (Hitesh, Kundan, Chirag, Sanjeev, Nilofar, Ravi, Gopikishan, pooja, Pinkal) & 4 times talk with Senior customer executive (Mr. Alok, , Miss Shama, Mr.pradeep, Mr.Darshan) and i have raised three service request (1-[protected] ; 1-[protected] ; 1-[protected])
but still kotak team has not solve my problem. i suffering from this problem since last saturday, 26 Sept 2015.

Also i have send the error with screen shot to kotak service team & Mr. Alok (Sr. Customer Executive) and once again to your Team.

      Sir, I payment DU university Open School Fees Rs. 3441.40/- by kotak mahindra netbanking service, it says trasaction faluire on 14 august 2015, after that i call kotak care they said money will be deposit in your account after 3 days that i pay again by SBI net banking on 15 Aug, 2015 . than after 3 or four days i call again they said it will take time ., than on 2nd sep they said that complain have been solved on merchant side. i can not understand that for one person how can be it possible two time payment for same ID.         Dear Sir/Madam, I Ishwar Pal worked with Ing Vysya Financial Services Limited (Subsidry of Ing Vysya Bank Ltd now merged with kotak mahindra bank) in chandigarh branch home loans department as a sales executive.My emp. Code was 31421. I resign from this job on 15thJan 2015 and served 15days notice as per company policy my last working day was 31jan . 2015 . From last 6 months i send many mails to my company and senior staff .now I received My Relieving letter after Submit Complaint Here (http://www.consumercomplaints.in) .But still i have not receive my full and final. When i cantact to concern person Mr. Visweswara Rao Bhonagiri from Bangalore. He said full n final already paid to you from his side which was input in system only by your reporting manager and if you want any clarificationon on incentive part you have to contact your reporting manager. After that i mark many mails to my reporting manager Mr. SUSHIL JINDAL ( SALES MANAGER IN HOME LOAN, MANIMAJRA BRANCH CHANDIGARH)but he not replied and when i called him for same he said according to your appointment letter Company Has not payable any incentive of disbursed business during notice period day and you have not get any benefit tof send mail to us.ans you can go anywhere for complaint against us. I am claiming for my incentive only which was disbursed by me between Oct. 2014 to Dec.2014. My pending is Incentive (aprx.15000 to17000)i sending details of file which was disbursed by me -: 1.Name of the Case-Jagdeep Singh(J S Plastics) Baddi. Loan Amount -12 Lacks loan account no-HL[protected] on dated 16.10.2014 2.Name of the Case-Bhajan Singh Chandigarh. Loan Amount -108 Lakhs (103 lakhs +5lakhs) on dated 22.10.2014.Only Insurance incentive pending of this case(5 lakhs Insurance from icici Lombard). 3.Name of the Case-Munish Gulati Chandigarh. Loan Amount -35 Lacks loan account no-HE[protected] on dated 30.11.2014. 4.Name of the Case-Jaspal Singh(Pall Metals) Chandigarh. Loan Amount -10 Lacks loan account no-HE[protected] on dated 31.12.2014. I HAVE WRITE HERE SO MANY TIME ABOUT ALL OF THIS PROBLEM BUT THERE IS NO EFFECT ON EMPLOYER.           I received a e-mail from the bank regarding conversion of my dues on the credit card into EMI with complete details of my dues and records. The link took me to a page to confirm acceptance of the offer to convert my dues into EMI. When I confirmed I was informed that my payment has been converted to EMI and I will be confirmed about it soon.

            Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            But no buddy solve this from kotak side. My reporting manager Mr. Sushil jindal clearly said that he will not give any incentive after taking so long time almost 1year from Oct. 2014 to till date .
            If you do not give me my incentive i am going to publish this matter in newspapers. if you will be take it lightly . Then you can check newspapers of tricity when i will publish all metter in newspapers with all evidence.from so long time you are making me foolish nothing else

              CRN NO 84629791. MERA SEPT MONTH KA EMI THA 3437.00 DUE DATE 10 SEPT thi. A/c se amount auto debit kiya jata he. Mere a/c me balance nahi tha. Isliye maine 8 sept ko check payment kiya. Check clearance ko 3 din lagenge kaha. Maine auto debit ke bare me pucha to kaha ki check payment karne ke baad bhi auto debit ka fine lagega. So Maine check payment stop karwaya. Aur a/c me 10000 Rs jama kiya. 10 Sept ko auto debit nahi hua.Maine 11 sept ko Cust care me call kiya to kaha ki system error hai. Maine kaha next EMI me koi fine lagega to mai payment nahi karunga. Unhone kaha aisa much nahi hoga. Aur regular EMI pay karna hoga aisa kaha. 20 Sept ko mujhe msg aya ki next EMI Due date 11 Oct hai aur 5700 Rs payment karna he. Maine Cust care me call kiya to check karenge. Lekin koi reply nahi aaya. 22 sept ko mujhe payment me liye call aaya. Maine kaha meri complaint lo, aur mere issue solve karo. Complaint kiya. Lekin still complaint in process hai. Payment karne ke liye 3 call aye. Maine kaha complaint solve hua nahi. Solve hone ke bad payment karunga. Due date khatam hone me 5 days baki he... Agar complaint solve nahi hui to main payment nahi karunga... Please meri help karo.

                Hi, This is Mahesh from Pune. Credit card ka 4th EMI tha 3437.00. Mere a/c se auto debit hota he. 10 sept due date thi. Mere a/c me balance nahi tha. Isliye maine check payment kiya. Bank walo ne kaha ki check payment kiya to bhi auto debit ka fine lagega. So Maine check payment cancel kiya.. A/c me cash jama kiya. For bhi is month ka EMI 5700/- pay karne ko bol rahe he. 22 sept ko Cust care walo ne complaint liya hai.. Lekin Abhi take solve nahi kiya. Next EMI due date hai 11 OCT. So pls help me.

Code was 31421. I resign from this job on 15thJan 2015 and served 15days notice as per company policy my last working day was 31jan . 2015 . From last 6 months i send many mails to my company and senior staff .now I received My Relieving letter after Submit Complaint Here (consumercomplaints.in) .But still i have not receive my full and final. When i cantact to concern person Mr. Visweswara Rao Bhonagiri from Bangalore. After that i mark many mails to my reporting manager Mr. Sushil Jindal but he not replied and when i called him for same he said according to your appointment letter Company Has not payable any incentive of disbursed business during notice period day and you have not get any benefit tof send mail to us.ans you can go anywhere for complaint against us. I am claiming for my incentive only which was disbursed by me between Oct. 2014 to Dec.2014.                         My account was a salary account. But the salary stopped getting deposited in the month of April. Still the transactions in the account were on going. Today also I had a transaction, but from today's transaction an amount has been blocked from my account stating that now it is a normal account with a minimum balance of 10k. The bank should have given us a prior information regarding this thing. And not the amount that has been deducted, they say it's the service charge. From last five months no deductions. All of a sudden these changes are coming without even giving the customers any prior information.

                          Recently i changed my account from salary to Saving account with AMB 10K. They didn't degraded my ATM card type and they didnt inform me about charges for continuing the Card. For my Saving account type there is no ATM charges. I thought of same but recently they deducted Rs.855 from my account without any intimation hidden charges to the user. I am very much frustrated with this service from Kotak Bank and officials also not properly responding. I need justice in this concern.

                              Hello, Kotak Mahindra bank has cheated me yet again - this started in November 2014- i had a salary account & later on i had switch my salary account to a different bank & the bank converted the account to saving where I need to maintain the balance -which is fine - i wasn’t able to maintain the balance which is still ok as i had paid all the non-maintenance charges - then when i called customer services to check if there is any negative balance in the account as i had to pay Kotak credit card through my Kotak saving account - i was informed that no negative charges as all the non-maintenance charges have already been applied - so i deposited the money in the account to transfer to my credit card- this money was immediately taken by Kotak bank as non-maintenance charges & so Kotak credit card also applied the nonpayment charges, then i called bank & this thing is been going on since then as I am fine to pay my non maintenance charges - So the email exchange continues & i never received any reply from email or when i called bank was informed that will get a call back & never received a call - Then last month i get a call from Kotak credit card dept. ( Mr Vaibhav ) He apologized & that me to pay the principle amount & he will clear My savings account & will clear my credit card & ill be able to use the saving & the credit card as before- Been over a month now that i have paid the Credit card & my savings account is still showing Negative balance & when i called The customer service ( what a service ) they told me that my credit card has been deactivated & they Hung up on me. I am tired of getting disconnected on the millions of calls to customer service & all the fake promise done by bank reps . I feel cheated & Humiliated & Harassed with the multiple collections calls. I kown i am not worng as i was always ready to Pay the charges - but the nusense happened by bad customer service who provided wrong information & the collection team who cheated me . Please assist.                                 Kotak Mahindra Bank leaks Credit Card details of the customers
                                I had earlier got a call from a number Delhi number stating some rewards points had been lapse and we would issue a new card with 8000 reward points.They were smart enough to have all the details of mine and than step by step they confirmed every single detail.As a aware customer we should never disclose or share our pin & opt number to anyone so i followed it.Immediately i called the customer care number a got my card blocked.
                                Received a new card just one day back and in the morning just next day a got a call from Delhi number [protected] stating you have changed your card and we have promotional scheme please verify your details with all cvv & otp details.They just told me you will just receiver a pin on ur mobile just confirm that.
                                The point is how did the new card details got leaked to the fraudsters in just one day for the new card number.All things are only pointing towards the that kotak mahindra bank leaks the information of the customers and make money.
                                Never ever do banking with kotak mahindra bank they misuse your details and earn commission via giving details to fraudsters.
                                Be alert be safe...

                                  Hi Team, I am facing extreme harassment on a disputed case with Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card, they are coming at my residence and calling me and my wife and using abusive language. They have dont know from where hacked my wifes account and took phone numbers from her account and are calling all friends and relatives and asking them to make payments. They are using illegal ways to reach out relatives and friends and using wrong languages which cant be written. They have also threatened me saying tereko dikhata hun main kon hun and agar to mil gaya to teri taang tod denge... I am currently facing some medical condition and so is my wife due to which we are in financial hardship but these guys have crossed all the limits and are using illegitimate ways Harsh Sampat please take action against them

                                  these guys are ruthless and have harrassed my wife who is medically ill

                                      I've a Kotak Mahindra Credit Card. My relationship number is 46469395. The customer care person has been harassing me and my family for non-payment of Credit card minimum due. I already informed him that due to medical reasons I was not able to pay the bill for this month and will be clearing it on 30-Sep once I receive my salary along with the extra charges. But the customer care person has called me around 50 times within the last 2 days and also been harassing my mother who is a heart patient and bed-ridden. Please let me know who will be responsible if anything happens to my mother? Will the bank take responsibility? He also asked me to handover the credit card to him. Why should a customer care person ask to hand over a card to him? Is it legal?
