[Resolved] Kraftly — sunglass/deducted 1618rs not refunded

I’m going on facing these problems whenever i’m trying to complete any transactions through my debit card or any payment wallets. Kindly check. And 809rs deducted from my ola money today 17/03/2018 for a product but the process wasn’t completed and my ola money is showing zero balance, and my order isn’t yet placed. How would i trust with this online transactions then in kraftly, the first impression ain’t that good.
Pathetic service, again 809rs was deducted and my product wasn’t placed for delivery... Is this some kind of a joke, when you are having problem with the ola money wallet then why do you all keep it as an option, twice 809rs was deducted an amount of 1618rs gone,
