Kraftly.com — very poor customer service

-from the recent 09 orders i have given currently, you have cancelled 04 out of 09 orders citing unavailability after i made the payment online.
-only 04 items were delivered, from which only 02 products were alright & 02 i had to return as it were different from the image i received.
-& 01 delivery is still pending.

- especially, you heros at kraftly cancelled my rakhi order after advising me to have patience from 07-08 days since i ordered when i reminded them that rakhshabandhan is approaching fast on 07th august & finally very cold heartedly, mailing me at the last moment that my order was cancelled on 05/07/17, leaving me no time to order rakhi online from any other place to make it reach on 07th august.
When i mailed me to compensate with rs. 1000/-. They said it's not possible. Only that seller is penalized. What the hell that has got to do with me? I don't know seller & that's your responsibility. I haven't placed order directly thru seller. I placed my order on kraftly & only kraftly is responsible for this. No amount can compensate what emotional turmoil i went thru, not being able to send any rakhi to my brother who's coming from usa, first time on rakhshabandhan.
-meanwhile, kraftly kept sending me message & mail one after another for the cancelling my order again & again, leaving me to keep tabs on my refunds only.

1. Gypsy hoop foliage neckless, order no:1200998- status: cancelled
Online paid : rs. 399+60 = 459/-
(399 paid thru my store credit-which again was my refund from my previous orders cancelled & 60/- from mobiqwik.

2. Handcrafted rakhi, order no: 1175786, status: cancelled (At the last moment causing me immense stress on this order).
Online paid: rs. 199 +60=rs. 259/-
Paid thru payzapp wallet, hdfc bank.
Refund awaited as store credit.

3. Nada crescent moonstone necklace, order no: 1175346.
Status: delivered but it turns out to be totally different color necklace than what i purchased thru image on kraftly.
Online paid: rs. 749/-
Product returned already today (After waiting for pick up guy to arrive for 2& 1/2 days)
Refund of rs. 749/- awaited as store credit.

4. Fashion vintage neckless, order no: 1200724.
Product delivered today but necklace was much much smaller than shown in image on kraftly when i purchased.
Status: requested return today to support kraftly by mail.
Paid: 390+60= 450/-
(Rs. 390 paid thru my store credit which came from my previous refund due to product cancellation & 60/- thru my mobiqwik wallet)
Pick up & refund awaited to its original source.

5. German silver necklace, order no: 1175339.
Status : cancelled after online payment.
Refund received as store credit.

6. Tibetian necklace, order no: 1175339.
Status: order cancelled after online payment. Refund received as store credit.

7. Handmade quilling necklace, order no: 1200720.
Paid: 320/- thru my store credit, which is again my money received as refund because of product cancellation from your side.
Status: delivery still awaited.

All in all, only 02 products delivered okay by kraftly, which didn't have any problems.
This is a very poor score.
Lessons learnt: be aware of buying on this site. You may nit receive the product on time or not at all or totally different product from the one you actually purchased. There may be a problems with refund also. Keep tab 👎👎
