Loan not closed and affecting Cibil score

Hello consumer court,
I have taken a loan from kreditbee of 25000 and i paid all the wmi's on time. Wven i foreclosed the loan before last emi.
My last emi was in march and i have paid all the emi's in feb 6th and closed the loan.
I received text that my loan is closed but it's still showing in cibil transunion and if affecting my score. I'm in urgent need of funds and was unable to take loan due...

I'm not interested in any of your loan offers, I'm too much frustrated by such calls and messages from kreditbee. I don't want any spam calls and messages from kreditbee regarding anything. Fraud loan showing in my cibil

I found a active loan of Krazybee Rs 150 in my cibil report that not taken by me
Before I take a loan from kreditbee and payed on time and closed it I remember that one time in my repayment of kreditbee loan the payment go to Krazybee acc I noticed that. These two loan apps are cheating me with fraud loan of Rs 150 with sharing my data or some thing the fraud loan started in 26 September 2022 but i not getting any money by these two...

Threatening to call relatives and contact list

Kreditbee recovery agent called me today, he was using abusing language and threatening me that he will call my relatives (contact list) one by one. I already ask 2 week to repay with penalty but kreditbee refused.
Their recovery team is harrassing me mentally....

Refund of ECS Charges Amount

Dear Team,

I have a personal loan with kredit bee with registered mobile no. [protected]. But every time when I deposit money for EMI they have debited money for ECS Changes. Now the total charges is more then Rs. 33, 000/- and i have to pay lot of loans request you to refund all my changes which have been charged extras

Harassment by loan related calls everyday

I have been receiving numerous calls from kreditbee everyday (atleast 3 calls per day) for the past 6 months. No matter how many numbers I block, I still receive calls from a new number every day. Please, I don't want any loans and stop harrassing me....

Payment not updated in kreditbee app

An amount of 6290.72 paid through Paytm app to kreditbee not reflecting in kreditbee app. The payment was done on 09.10.2022 so far the amount got stuck with payment gateway they are holding the fund not releasing to kreditbee or refund my money...

Harassment by kreditbee recovery agents

I have took a loan from kreditbee only 2 months duration, i have 1 successful emi 2nd emi 1800 not paid but unfortunately i lost my job and i am unable to pay my emi now, i have wrote to kreditbee but thay are keep abusing and asking to pay. Please help me out with this situation....

NOC

I taken several loans from kreditbee, and on every loan closure they send a mail that we will provide NOC after 10-15 working days. But still I didn't received any NOC.
Also there are showing balance amount on my civil report. I went to take loan from bank and they are telling that there are loans on you. But I have closed loan amount.
After complaint in kreditbee, they are telling that the NOC will provide after 10-15 working...

Regarding contacting my contact list

As per the guidelines issued By RBI, NBFC’s should follow the rules it’s Illegal to call my contact list and talk badly and insult me informed of friends and family I have a emi for 3 months I had some Financial issues and I was about to clear my dues by next month I am using kriditbee from past year or so I have cleared my emi on time and early you tell me how can you send recovery agent and police I know the rules and how it works you...

This company is worse than Chinese fraud loan apps

When it comes to resolving issues with their credit cards or their instant credits, the have "too much volume of mails" as an excuse for as much as weeks of delay in answering a mail. The response is also repeatedly copy-pasted without reading the history of query. But they have non-stop automated callers and WhatsApp spammers who will endlessly message in the name of "reminders". They even have many fraud illiterate goons who issue threats...

Loan didn't unlock after paying all the emi's on time

I am a customer of kredit bee. And i am using it for 3 months.
I have taken 2 loans from it and completed it. Now i was going to apply for a loan but i didn't.

Loan EMI Date Change Request

Hi, I request you to please change my personal loan EMI date to 7th of every month as my salary gets credited on 6th. Now my current due date is 5th and it will create problem. So I request you to please change the date in which case all the EMI will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as I am still waiting for my salary to credit
