Sir, we purchased 6 piece set (3 bowls and 3 covers) on 14th aug 2017 from big bazar near citi pride kothrud pune.
My wife opened the box to first time use the biggest bowl on her birthday today 22.08.2017. She kept food item prepared which had cooled down sufficiently in to the bowl.
On receiving the guests, she lifted the bowl to serve. To our surprise, half part of the bowl (Top to bottom) just fell down. Fortunately, this did not fall on her feet. This is just very surprising and speaks of quality of the bowl production. Note that cracking due to falling creates sharp edges. This cracking is from the imperfections in the product.
I have been purchasing such bowls, dinner sets etc. For house hold use or gifting them.
I wish, with all sincerity, to bring it to your notice urgently, so that your international reputation in not hampered. This surely has accident potential of hurting legs. For my wife it was just a "near miss".
I will request for replacement if possible. But most important is your image.
