[Resolved]  Milagrow Human Tech — Product under warranty period

Sir, This is to inform u that i purchased a product on 01/2012 Via Flipkart i bought a Milagrow (Tab) product whose consignment COD: OD[protected], Tracking ID: DX23991359, Product received on 21/01/2012. The product is in under guaranty/ warranty period. This product stop working after few month after that i log many complains via mail, as reply they call me and said to send the product via speed post, i do this, i dispatch my product via speed post, , i've send my faulty product to Gurgaon branch by speed post, whose tracking ID details is EF[protected]IN on Friday Sept 13th 2013. Then i wait for a long time, but no information about to repair or replace of product is given to me, then i again wrote complain that this is my last mail to u after that i will go through consumer form, then company gives me an offer to exchange my product with a low cost tab, but i refuse to exchange my design. Company first told me that a serious cause is comes under u'r product, but after some time company again told me that u'r battery is out of order so must pay Rs- 1200/ for battery cause but the product is in under warranty/guaranty period. I also told that due to the shortage of service center i also face many problem. Due to delay of repair or exchange of product i also bound/forced to stay along duration. Dear Sir,

As informed to you the battery and accessories have a 6 month warranty. There is an issue in the battery of your device which isn't covered in warranty now as your purchase date is 21st January, 2013. Please see our warranty card in which our warranty terms are clearly mentioned.

We would request you to please make the payment for us to proceed with repairs.
