Dear Team,

I deewas kumar ordered for a wrist watch worth Rs. 1099/- but still I din't get that. I personally felt that the service of Latest one.com is very very bad. Now I came to know that why people are not preferring any on line shopping co. which has no brand value. why they use to go for Flipkart, Snapdeal or Amazon... It is all about service only.

I will never opt this latest one.com in the future and will suggest others also not to buy from this online co. Delivery service is very poor. I personally contacted 4-5 times to its customer care but iwas not at satisfactory level.Delevery boy is very rude and very harsh and doesn't know how to talk with customers. Some deleivery Man was unable to tress the address or some is talking very rudely and in a very negative sence.First time I could not receive the delivery because I was not at home and there is no timing for delivery when I was whole day in my home from 9 am to 5 pm...no one came or called me... one guy called me at 6:45 pm that I have come for delivery when I was not in my home... Does it make any sence??????????? They must come during the office hours!!! Second time one delivery boy came on 10/11/2016 at 5pm... and the same day in the morning itself; I got a message from Latest one that "ear customer your product is out for delivery please make sure that we are not able to accept Note rs. 500 and rs 1000/- as Modi Govt. had announced on 08/11/2016 ...these two nores are not legally valid from the 08/11/2016 -Midnight. These thing..i can understand.. as Govt. has banned these note then no body will ready to accept this. But when the delivery boy came on 10/11/2016 at 5pm ...that time I was not at my residence. I told him to deliver at my friend's shop and collect the cash from there itself. when he reached there then my friend gave him nor rs 1000/ but he denied to accept... this I can understand; but at that time my friend was not having a note rs. 100/-- then he was giving him a note rs. 10/ or a coin rs. 10/- but he again denied to accept the note rs.10/- I really coud not understand...WHY????????? Wheter govt. has banned Rs. 10 or Coin of 10/------

Then WHy he din't accept ??????????????????? and also when I was calllin him...deliberately he was not picking up my call!!!

when he received then he mis behaved with me...and repied very rude and wrong that I cant say...

He was using a number...i.e...[protected]...

Very Bad experience with Latest One...

I am thinking to share the same on all kind of Social Media...like...Facebook, Twitter, Watsapp...and others...SO that people could aware about the worst service of Latest one...
