I bought XXL one jacket 7 one sweat shirt for my brother4 birthday on dated 23/12/23 but size was unde3rsize, i visited store on 25/12/23 for change it to XXXL, but not available. I asked them to refund, now they are saying wait for 2-3 days

I had ordered for a different item and they delivered something different and when I scheduled for a return and refund, they picked up the item from my home and I got a mail from that pickup agency that it is delivered to Levi’s office. I was waiting for my refund from that day. It’s been almost 19 days after the return and I did not get the refund. I have tried calling them in customer care number but no response . I have sent two mails to them, I got a reply to my first mail that a ticket has been created for my complaint but later no response. I have sent a second mail two days back and there is no response. Moreover my return status is not reflecting in my profile in Levi’s account. How can a good brand act so irresponsible like this? It has been almost a month now. There is no option to communicate with the customer care also .

I had returned product purchase from Levi's due to size issue.
Product is received at Levi and status is showing pending Inspection from last 15 days

Tried to call on customer care but it is not working every time it says high volume at customer care. (There is customer care at all only IVR play)

Dropped multiple mails but no response to any mails.

They have separate customer care number for Retail enquires which is working fine.

Levi's India online is one of the fraud company

I placed a return order for 1 jeans and the order has been picked up from my home on Sunday 26th November and I have received reverse pick up acknowledgement also.

I still have not received my refund despite numerous call and emails. No action is taking place and this is the worst customer care experience till date.

It’s been a week ! There’s been no refund and as usual they don’t pick up calls and reply to msgs ! They have one of the worst customer cares in the world ! These people are big time looser please never buy from their website cause you might never get your money back ! My order id is ORDER #494445

I purchased a Levi jeans online with cash on delivery. After placing the order I received WhatsApp message from Levi's to pay via UPI to get additional 100 rs off. I paid via UPI however the same is not updated in my order (503610). Now the delivery person is asking for cash and my delivery is stuck for last 3 days. I tried reaching customer support but their number never works. I emailed but even that is not responded yet. Pathetic service from so called big brand!!

It’s been more than 2 months that my return package was picked up and yet the refund amount has STILL NOT been paid back to me. I returned 2 jeans as both were too loose and did not fit. I followed all protocol while returning the product, checked that the delivery boy had proper photos of both products he was there to pick up and also gave otp.

I returned product on 5 dec 2023 and it’s 15 today . No refund has been granted. Neither customer care is answering call nor responding to emails.

I have returned my item on 5th December 2023 and it’s 15 today still no refund issues. Customer care not answering calls and not responding to emails also .

Placed return request for a product on 04 Dec which was accepted. However the product has not been picked up till now. The custome care toll free number is always busy, and this i am saying after trying for 50 times for continuous 5 business days.
I have sent two mails which as per them will be replied within 1 business days have not been replied for more than 7 days. Need help please

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered concerning a recent return I made.

On 28/11/2023, I initiated the return of Men's Solid Blue Collar Neck Jacket with order number : 488142 to Levi's, following the specified return process. The product was picked up by Levis' designated courier service on 30/11/2023, as per the return confirmation.
On 03/12/2023 product has been received back at Levi's store/warehouse.
Regrettably, despite the return being successfully picked up and received at warehouse, I have yet to receive my refund for the returned item. I have checked my account and verified that the refund amount has not been processed or credited back to my original payment method.
I am attaching the screenshot of the confirmation message from Levi's that the product has been received at their warehouse.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and a resolution that ensures the timely refund of the returned product.

Hi - I have been trying to reach out to customer care of Levi.in to process my return or exchange, as its one size higher. There is no response on customer care numbers 1.800.872.5384 and also no response on email. I have emailed them on 1st Dec and 4th Dec for follow up. Walked into a company store as well in Pune but they didnt entertain since i bought it from levi.in.
I am hanging high & dry as to how do i get any support on my request.

Recently I order few clothes from online website. ( Order 487141 ) However, I was not able to place the return order as website was not updated. I had written a mail upon which I got confirmation that return order has been placed. However no delivery agent contacted me.
I have been writing several mails to customer support but no response. This is highly disappointing. Despite several mails there is not reply whatsoever. No delivery partner has contacted me for pick up. Neither has the portal been updated. The so call customer support contact numbers are always busy and no one picks up.
Please ask them to process the return, collect the products and refund my money.

The return request keeps on saying pending inspection.

Also, I have tried calling and emailing there phone numbers multiple times, but none of them actually work. Their phone number always says that the call volume currently is too high and advises to send an email, but they also never reply to emails.

I have ordered two highwaist jeans from levi's India on 27th November 2023 but got a Mid Waist jeans means different style. So very next day I raised a return request and my product was picked up successfully on 1st dec 2023. And sent back to the seller after 2-3 days I received a return confirmation email as well. I have sent a number of emails to Levi's India customer care on their email add - [protected]@levi.in but they didn't reply...

But it didn't match the image that showed in the website. So i returned it on 28th november. It's 9th dec today. Still i didn't received my refund. I mailed to customer care but got no reply. I called customer care many times but nobody received
