Staff name krutika manager of levis Panaji goa branch differentiates between customers and speaks with attitude and zero knowledge of levis policy. She says customers r fat and hence thighs run against each other and such costly pants tear within not even 3 months. She is arrogant, rude and mannerless to her staff too....

Only in one month my sweat shirt colour fade after one wash....

I am regular costumer of Levi's for past 2 years but now I hate this brand because of worst management in Bommasandra benglore. The person who is managing that shop is very rude towards other customer and he judge everone by the Outerlook totally hate it and it was the worst behavior. Till the employee suspend I will never buy anything from Levi's brand please take serious action regarding this issue.

I bought a Jeans and a Trouser last year in month of May from a nearby Shop (Bindal Fashion World) in my city Moradabad.

as a Complaint the Trouser seemed to Fail the Quality as its color Faded within few months.

I had bought two new jeans from Levis store in city center mall Nashik and I gave it to alter to the shop but apparently I received it today and the pants has got a bad shape change in the bottom where it was altered. I do not like the jeans now as I feel it has been destroyed as the levis store gave me the alteration.I do not know what to do with the pants and neither aan i use it so the store people destroyed it while alteration...

I purchased 4 levi's jeans from levi's registered showroom based out of pink square mall in jaipur.

I made this purchase on 25th december 2017. After 1 month of this purchase i observed that the jeans was showing marks of wear and tear.in just couple of wear jeans was like that. During this i havent washed the jeans even once. I am attaching pics for your reference.

My father bought this jeans from the Levis store in Lucknow from the Palassio store.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase made at your store. My father bought a pair of jeans from your establishment, expecting a product of standard quality.

However, upon closer inspection, we discovered a significant defect — there is a visible tear and frayed stitching on the jeans, an issue that reflects poor manufacturing or inadequate quality control. This is entirely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when my father attempted to return this defective item, not only was his request denied, but your staff also treated him disrespectfully. It is shocking that a store that should value its customers would allow such behavior. Refusing to take back a faulty item is already disappointing, but mistreating customers adds insult to injury.

I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. We expect either a full refund or a replacement for the defective jeans. Additionally, an apology for the unacceptable behavior exhibited by your staff is warranted. If this matter is not handled promptly and fairly, we will have no choice but to escalate our complaint to consumer protection agencies and share our experience publicly to warn others.

Order ID 649048-s019784 was delivered on 30 May 24. This order was returned by generating a return ID RET55296 by Ranjita. I have coordinated with customer support team from Bangalore Karnataka and have sent daily emails and calls. Coordinated with Vinayaka Bhat, Maria Alex, Pavitra and Ranjita. It's been a month they are checking on this and have not given me a refund. I have shared bank account details. Screenshots and everything possible still they are adamant to not give my money. I don't have the product neither the amount.

It is to inform you that i had ordered 2 items from your site on dt 5 jan 2024. My order no is 528868. I received my order on 7 jan 2024 but when i opened my packet i found only 1 item inside that packet. The other item was not there. I had made full payment to delivery boy but recieved only 1 item.
