Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered concerning a recent return I made.
On 28/11/2023, I initiated the return of Men's Solid Blue Collar Neck Jacket with order number : 488142 to Levi's, following the specified return process. The product was picked up by Levis' designated courier service on 30/11/2023, as per the return confirmation.
On 03/12/2023 product has been received back at Levi's store/warehouse.
Regrettably, despite the return being successfully picked up and received at warehouse, I have yet to receive my refund for the returned item. I have checked my account and verified that the refund amount has not been processed or credited back to my original payment method.
I am attaching the screenshot of the confirmation message from Levi's that the product has been received at their warehouse.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and a resolution that ensures the timely refund of the returned product.
