[Resolved]  Lifecell International — marketing sham with biased pricing model

Just made the payment 2 days ago and already regretting my decision. Shady marketing to lure customers seems to be the usp here. Prices on the website are completely different from what is offered to customers. They make themselves look good by offering useless vouchers that you will end up using only after paying even more than the actual product value if you choose to avail the vouchers. Unfortunately it will be too late by then as you would have already paid for signing up with lifecell. They say you will make up for the extra money you pay to them with vouchers, which is completely untrue as these vouchers are useless and are a marketing sham. I don't mind taking the loss of rs.7500 of cancellation cost and cancel my account with lifecell but would rather go with cryoviva or many other companies who are similar service without any lies of marketing shams like lifecell. Super disappointed at the very first go.

If i can convince even 1 person from getting into lifecell sham after reading my review, i will money lost in cancellation cost as public service and stop regretting it.

They are not consistent with their pricing model and provide different prices based on hospitals. Clearly there is no list that helps customers identify this pricing model as there is no list online on their website for verification. You will be at the mercy of the marketing professional and will have to believe anything thrown at you.
