Refer to multiple reminders and conversations i had with your useless support staff as none of senior staff from lifecell is interested to speak to an unsatisfied customer, i demand a full refund of money paid for lifetime policy renewal after one year completion as i have no trust in your company, staff and its services to provide any assistance in case of any medical emergency for which the policy was taken at first place. One of your support staff suggests it will not be refunded as the samples have been processed and stored while the payment is made against lifetime storage! Since no acknowledgement, receipt or policy document was issued even after multiple reminders and calls, i do not want to continue with the policy and demand a full refund on priority. I wish i would have taken feedback from a few customers before choosing lifecell for the cause, really disappointing and pathetic work from incompetent people running the company.

    Weekly reminders were received to ensure enough funds are available in the Bank to clear a post dated cheque issued to Lifecell for a lifetime policy after completion of first year however soon after the payment was cleared, no acknowledgement was sent nor any policy document confirming the benefits promised at the time of selling the product even after multiple Emails and reminders sent. Useless calls from customer executives were received after 3 weeks promising to resolve the issue but none of senior staff from Lifecell attempted provide any assurance and even after a month tickets are opened and closed without my knowledge while the problems remains open. After experiencing such deficiency in services on admin matters, I could not imagine the kind of services Lifecell can offer if you are ever in need of medical emergency and services promised by them which is the reason when I asked them to terminate the Policy, they refuse to refund the money and send threatening replies with much delays without any care for the urgency in responses to such critical matters. I once again demand a full refund as I am not at all satisfied and confident on the services promised which can be delivered at the time when they will be required. Refer to CRM No.[protected]

      We were given a quotation during sales of lifecell contract by the sales executive basis which we had taken the policy. Now during the 2nd year renewal as per contract we opted for lifetime extension i. E. 75 years and told them that during sales these discounts in amount were promised. They told us to send the mail copy of the quotation after which they agreed on the amount promised and send us the payment link. After we made the payment, when confirmation came, we saw the contract was only extended for 21 year instead of 75 years. We immediately wrote, called the customer service. Every time we got the same answer that the payment team will contact you on this within 1 day. We even contacted mr. Abhishek for this, the guy who sold this deal to us, even he took all the mail copies of complaints we wrote, the quotation details everything, and told he has forwarded it to the payment team and they will revert back. That revert never came. I don’t know what is the turn around time for reverting but it’s almost a month and the payment team is totally missing.

        After paying the annual fee for about 17 years (Rs 3, 500 / annum), Lifecell suddenly came out and started asking for additional money to continue preserve the blood for lifetime. which was never discussed or agreed. On asking for clarification, there was no clear response from lifecell customer care. Theire responses were vague. Since June 2018 we have been asking for clarification and there was no clear response. There were 10-15 emails and several phone calls but no clear response. We then clearly informed them that we donot want to pay any more money as our queries are not clarified. After about a year in May 2019 suddenly they started sending payment link asking for payment as if nothing has happened. This is pathetic and completely UNPROFESSIONAL.

        We even sent emails to the there senior managers in charge of collection Mr Venkatesh at Venkatesh.tATifecellDOTin and at gowthami.rATlifecellDOTin and to Mr Jagannathan at jagannathan.vATlifecellDOTin. There was no response from these people. But they kept on directing the customer care to send payment links and harrass the customer.

        After paying for about 17 years and an amount of Rs 70, 000+ we felt like we did a biggest mistake in enrolling with LIFECELL. It is a lifetime blunder for us. Lifecell has not suspended out agreement unilaterally and continued sending payment links.

        We have now decided to complain about this company at prime minister level and will file police complain.

          Life cell team, i'm neha nagar from khargarh, my due date is in july and i'm getting my check ups done in motherhood khargarh. This is to inform you that we have enrolled for stem cell storage in the month of april, and still not received a proper invoice for that which my husband already informed to your representative. Neither we have received the gifts which were promised to be given after 15 days of enrollment. It's such a big company and so much delay!!! Haven't expected this kind of service from life cell. Even after several reminders and follow up with you not getting things done.

          Ultimately, i'm putting this. Complain and henceforth in 4 days if it's not resolved will withdraw the enrollment. Looking for immediate response.

              I have subscribed for the life cell during jan, 19 and have received gift voucher for life impressions. It turned out well but for second gift voucher, the team has sent me expired resin powder when didn't turn into mold at all despite waiting for more than 15 minutes.

                I am haripriya. I have referred two of my friends to lifecell and as per their promotions, i should receive a referral benefit of rs.4000. Ticket have been raised for the same (Csms190123lqn). It's been more than two months. Despite sending multiple mails and calling continuously, there is no progress from their side. It's a fradulent case of false advertising. Please solve this issue and settle my amount.

                  It is disheartening to see such a ugly response from a reputed company like lifecell. I have met 3 different sales guys from lifecell, and all three of them offered three different pricing. One of my friend referred lifecell to me and after getting this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior and price discrimination i am not all happy.

                  My friend took this membership 7 months back @ 50000 and now your circle head offered same membership for 62000. Now one sales guy of yours offered the same for 51000. Please help as i need to make my decision with best of the pricing and services.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I had a lifecell membership which I took it in feb time for my baby who was due in feb end 2019 for umbilical cord preservation. At the time of enrolling, they told me that I just need to inform them whenever I am leaving the house and rest will be there work. I did call Mr Ajay and he did come the same time as me but then after 15 min stay he decided to leave and I told him to inform a doctor or nurse before he leaves, but he didn't tell anyone. my baby took less time and came in 1 hour time, I asked Mr Ajay to come back and after he came he didn't have enough sample to collect just because he didn't inform anyone that i am registered with LifeCell.
                    I got 2 points to clear,
                    1) before leaving the hospital why Ajay didn't inform anyone?
                    2) Why Lifecell is charging me Rs. 2500 for a cancellation fee for my membership for Mr Ajay fault.
                    Every time I send a mail to LifeCell or speak to there customer care they keep on saying that I have to pay Rs2500 as cancellation policy.
                    Please resolve my problem with them.

                      I have referred one of my friend to lifecell, then i have received a mail from lifecell that i have received referal benefit of 2000 rupees on 18th jan’19. As per their mail, i have given my bank details to them but they haven’t provided me the referal benefit. After another mail conversation i have given them my cancelled cheque details also and constantly following up them since two months but they have only provided me the crm no[protected] and mails of consolation and telling me to wait.
                      I can’t understand this policy. When its your time to give referal benefit as per your promotional offer, you guys wasting so much time and not giving the refund. Its a case of fraud by doing false and mostly advertisment.
                      Please look in this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        I had conceived two twins in the month of august (30.8.12). I had my parental screening test done on 5.12.18. Then further i went with nipd test done on 6.12.18.
                        My parental screening showed a down syndrome. And after i received my nipd it showed one (Vanished twin) with negative aneuploidies. When i complained they told me they will check and update. Then on 26.12.18 i got a call from dr. Indrajit mahapatra regarding the re-samplimg required for another nipd as the earlier one was a mistake. I told him that sir i have to go for an abortion and he was well known with my situation. Still i agreed to give the sample as i need to know what has happended.
                        I gave my blood sample on 27.12.18. And till date i havent got any detail. On calling the kolkata branch they said that dr. Mahapatra will call back. Today, when i complained over the toll-free number he spoke to me stating that the report couldnt be done due to some mother blood mix and whatever medical excuses he tried to give.
                        I was horrified to the reply received. I have a record of the conversation. He said he has send the report to kolkata stating regarding the test couldnt be done. I aborted two babies clearing the mistake the first nipd report showed.

                        And i am sorry to say i will be taking matter to court, if i am not given a correct answer to what has exactly happended with my re-sampled blood.

                          We have taken umbilical cord related plan with lifecell international & they have not provided any document even after follow up for 6 months. Now they want to take sample of little baby again & want 2ml blood. My concern is : because of your bad service & negligence why my baby should suffer again to provide you blood sample. Now we have no other choice to give sample again if we need that proper legal document for umbilical cord.

                          Secondly - there sister concern company, by there name sold us child footprint soil, that is really pathetic & nothing is written on that what mud is for what purpose.

                          I want strict action against them then only i will give blood sample of my child now.

First of all when i got my labour pains at 5 in the morning and called the representative (Jagadish) who was supposed to collect the sample, he informed me that he is in his hometown and would not be able to come! Then i contacted the local representative (Ravi) and he too happened to be in his home town... He said he would arrange...

                            Life cell charged me 30k for life time preservation of my new born baby (2).
                            But, for my baby1 (Order # [protected]) you are asking for 40k for the same life time preservation. I had multiple discussions with lifecell customer care team to change the charges of baby1 to 30k. But, they are not doing and not giving proper reason for why there is a difference in charges for my baby 1 and baby2.

                            I want to pay the same charges 30k for my baby1 too.

                              Respected sir,

                              This is with respect to the agreement we have done against the crm[protected].
                              The product which you have sold me is purely on the basis of lie. Your sales representative mr. Shivarj and mr. Santoshkumar have either lied or not informed me completely about the clauses in agreement. This is serious, since in my family and friends there are already 6 people who are already a customer of lifecell and we are feeling cheated now,. While selling a product you people promised a lots of thing and in agreement those are not accordingly. This is rediculous and is serious case of fraud.
                              I need your clarification on below points:
                              1:clause 8.2&8.3:the clause in the agreement seems to be valid for 21 years and whereas i have opted it for 75 yrs. Atleast this is what i was promised from your sales representative.
                              I was promised that medical assistance will be valid for 75 yrs with expenses limited to rs.20 lac (Multiple times) and these things are not mentioned in agreement.
                              2: clause 8.4:free guaranteed mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (Msc? S) expansion:same is the case for stem cell. Why limit to 21 yrs in agreement. During initial discussion, i was promised it for 75yrs.in agreement it's 21 yrs. This is pathetic your representative told me that, it will be provided for 75 yrs. I wanted to preserve cord tissue also, since lifecell is not preserving it, i was thinking for other banks who preserve it. But you guys during discussion told me that, it will be for 75 yrs, you will provide cord tissue when needed from some external lab which which you have tie-up.in agreement this is something different and serious, since other banks collect the cord tissue and store it for a lifetime at a same cost or less and you are providing it for for first 21 yrs.

                              3:your sales representative was almost kind of threatening me on my sample safety, incase this process doesn't go well. Mind one thing my sample in your custody is more important than your process. I hope safety of it, till matter sorted out.

                              4:you guys really have pathetic customer service and sales representative. Every minute you have different explainaton for same query. Its just you don't have anything to say. All the explanation are just like a thin air.

                              This all sample collection process decided last minute before delivery. I was having trust on your sales representative. Now this seems to be a fraud just for selling product and mental harassment for me.

                                I am complaining about ticket no. Csms181111q2y which is not getting resolved since 2months. I am following up twice a week for my referral benefit.                                   I have taken the services of the lifecell (Crm #[protected]For my new born baby recently born on 14th november 2018 and want to share feedback for the same.

                                  It s sorry to say but your marketing team based in gurgaon is disastrous. I was contacted by miss arti when i visited the artemis hospital for the regular checkup of my wife.

                                  At the time of starting miss aarti and her boss tushar even came to my house to give a demo and showcase the stuff. They contacted again when delivery date was due and collected the samples on the day my baby was born.

                                  After that the whole scenario changed. I was some how unable to pay them in advance as they never came to recieve the cheque and the online application was filled by miss aarti on my behalf. She never took me in confidence and generated a password for me. That deprived me of online payment and then tushar and arti told me to pay via neft is some icici bank chennai branch,

                                  Once the payment was done, then the real story unfolded. All the email and messages came as usual automated. But these 2 guys simply disappeared. They put on hold my calls and made me sweat for the receipts of the payment made.

                                  Every now and then they borrowed the time by 2-3 days and never delivered the receipts. I needed them fir filling the insurance claims and other tax deductions as year end is approaching and was asked by my organization to sumbit the bills as soon.

                                  It wa sonly when the final preservation cert from lifecell came after 20 days that my purpose was solved with late deposit of slips.

                                  Request you to take the strictest action possible on these guys who care only for money and ill treat the customers post that.

                                    Hi i would like to bring it to the notice that i live in toronto and i was stored my sons cord blood with life cell. I was being quoted the cost for inr 80k which i paid last month october 18th. Till now they haven't provided the itemized bill which i wanted to claim using my insurance health spending account. I dealt with somebody named saranya and she wasn't very responsive once the money was paid. Till now i contacted her by email and call for 5 times and every time she makes false promise that it will be done in next 2 days and nothing happens. She doesn't even care to call back to inform the status. Please help me in this regard my crm number is[protected]
