Link Intime — Pathetic/Poor service of company and customer care.

Hi Linkintimes team,
Opening a fresh email thread after sending you multiple emails and 20+ calls(Which doenst not help with your deaf ears).

I am fed up calling your customer care and fed up sending emails and updating tickets on your website.

Based on your suggesion, I sent below doucment physical copies(See the below documents description).
Please find the attached email on these documents and my response.
After Sending the docs I did not get any response . After calling multiple times I found that your sent one more letter which I never recieved.
I asked where are my original docs I sent, no one is reposding on that on calls(They cut the calls or put them on hold.)

1. Latest Client Master List certified by DP (in case of direct demat credit).
Print copy from downloaded PFD from Zerodha
2. Self attested copy of Address proof ( i.e. Aadhar or valid Passport or latest Utility bill ).
Attested Addhar card printout.

3. Self attested copy of PAN of all the holders.
Attested PAN card printout.

4. Cancelled original cheque leaf (other than cooperative banks).
Original cancelled cheqe .
5 Security Holder(s) signature duly attested by the banker (as per enclosed format)
6. Cancelled original cheque leaf.
Original cancelled cheq.
7. Any document related to allotment/ transfer/ dividend etc received from the Company / old face value certificates / certificates of merged Company etc.
Copy of physical shares(photo-copy).
