Dear Team,

I have been trying to apply for high security number plate for more than 3 months now, I was told by the local RTO bodies to apply on below link :

whenever I try to apply from above link, it gives me an error message, this error message tells me to apply from https://www.siam.in/, but when I try from this site, it again sends me back to https://bookmyhsrp.com/ and this process continues.

I have been harassed multiple times by traffic police & I have been explaining my problem to everyone but seems there is no solution to this.

Even I wrote to this mail ID ( [protected]@bookmyhsrp.com) multiple times but no solution was provided. Can someone please help me to get high security number plat on urgent basis or let me know how and where to get it ? so that I can avoid this daily harassment.

I own NISSAN KICKS registered in March 2020 and HSRP was fixed by M/s. Speed Motors, Chandigarh. Now due to a minor collision, my front number plate bearing Registration no CH01CA9401 is damaged. I have contacted dealer but he is unable to get it replaced as software o[censored]tsav doesn't support change of number plate due to damage. They've given a number of mails to the company but UTSAV people are too busy to respond to mails too. I desperately need to change my number plate.

The number plate was wrongly printed based on the field vehicle class (transport = personal and non-transport = taxi) which is not present on the online form and the field that has these options is vehicle type with options transport and non-transport, which is very confusing as all vehicle are transport type only and further there is no information on the page that describe these fields. So it can easily lead to this confusion.

I got recept .i entered thirtysix toyota as fitment centre in faridabad given in list with appointment date[protected] between 2pm to 4pm.
Fitment person name is mentioned as mohini mishra .
I contacted her for details she said they will not fit it at that fitment centre, she said ur receipt is wrong.
I send her my receipt through whatsapp.
She said she will conferm me after talking to her v.p but later on she blocked my number on whatsapp

I had applied for HSRP with Colour sticker. Details were filled properly and the payment was also made . Paid On 12th Feb, 2021Method UPI. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at same time. I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were also no records found.
Not even a customer care services help we surely complain against your company

2 week ho gaye complaint kiye hue. Koi response nahi aaya mail ka. Very poor hsrp side. 2 nd time payment debit ho gaye but mujhe id nahi mili. Bank statement bhi send kr di. Payment id bhi send kr di. Customer kki koi help nahi kr rahe. Customer service me fon krte hai to koi sahi se answer nahi de rahe.
