This complaint is regarding vehicle number HR38V6748. I opted for home delivery of the above sticker on time slot 2 pm - 6 pm. I don’t know the details of delivery boy but i have the no [protected]. This guys called me up before my time slot to deliver the sticker & went to some other location other than the given address in the receipt. On call he threaten to cancel the sticker request & return it back to authorities if not given KHARCHA PANI (bribe). I have all the video & pictures of the scene. When he met to deliver the sticker he was with one more person, he asked for bribe & denied giving any identity of his, on calling police station he ran away without swaping the activation of which i have the video evidence. This guy didn’t had back number plate on his vehicle.Some serious action needs to be taken on this therefore i am lodging a written complaint on this for justice & helping government of Haryana.
If no action is taken i will have to lodge a written complaint of your athority & “HIGHLIGHT THIS IN MEDIA” as well.

I have applied the HSRP no. plate through receipt no. FBDR/2021/022712 dated 20/11/2020 through link utsav authorized
outlet in Gandhi Nagar Faridabad.
I am not able to get the status of my plate from the outlet.

I have applied for HSRP with color sticker, at the time of payment I have paid the payment 379.30Rs through debit card, my payment got deducted but on the receipt page it was not showing the order ID so that I could download the registration slip. I talked to the customer care they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@bookmyhrsp.com, already 4 days have been passed still not reply. Can you please share me the order for the same.

As per Govt regulation HSRP is mandatory. I have booked HSRP through online on dt 20.12.20 with an appointment of Dt 30.12.20. As per schedule I have visited at authorised center for fixing of plate and met Mr Dinanath, unable to give suitable reply for number plate. Day after I met again to him and received same reply. Please look into it on priority for adherence of govt regulation. For your reference duly submitted booking order id HRD5A7DC91-2A18-4E, vehicle no HR51BT2730. Waiting for your supportive action in this regard.

Registration plate and sticker online on 26th still I didn't receive any confirmation.

I booked HSRP & Color sticker for my vehicle HR38W 1054 on 20/12/2020 but no communication has been received regarding the affixation. Pls arrange a call back on [protected] and resolve the issue.

I am Arjun Dhingra. My car no. HR51AM2472 booked for plate + sticker on 26th November 2020. They fixed the number plate but did not give the sticker. I went there many times but till now i haven't received my car sticker.

I applied for hsrp on dated 18/12/2020 at near NHPC metro station Faridabad but till date i have not received any information from the Link Utsav and also no one is attending the call. Please lets know how to move forward and get the HSRP number plate.

I used hsrphr.com to order for a HSRP Number plate for my vehicle - HR26CL0853 and after completing the process and paying the fees successfully, I got the blank confirmation (attached). How can I get the confirmation receipt and what would I show the dealer at the time of delivery?

The phone # [protected] is not functional. Any just dial #s also do not function. I sent an email to "[protected]@hsrphr.com" but I haven't received any response.

However with this number also not getting any reciept. Not getting any tracking number also

I registered a booking for 30th December for color sticker only for my car. I made a successful UPI payment and I received a confirmation both from UPI and EMAIL. I did not receive any confirmation about the order or any confirmation about the appointment.
Please let me know what is the resolution for this.
