The HSRPHR site isn't working as no appointment slots seem available. I am a senior citizen and trying to organize a sticker for my mother's car ( HR26AY7594) whose wind sheild cracked thanks to a stone that hit it from the vehicle ahead. She being handicapped, a wheelchair case and 86 years old had to have it changed. Went to the authorised dealer today but was told to do it online, have been trying since the afternoon with no luck. In these Covid times, I am going to have to go physically with no social distancing just to procure a sticker. Instead of making life easier, we are being harassed to no end and then to too it all the risk of contracting Covid. What a senseless Govt!!
