This has reference to the application for High Security Registration Plate with Colour Sticker for Car Registration No. HR26AM1042.
All details were verified and the payment was made by debit card on 28th Dec 2020. But no receipt was generated so we're clueless how to proceed from here.
Request you to kindly look into it and provide us with the receipt at the earliest so that we are not penalized for this error.

    I couldn't find the order details for colour HSRPHR sticker and plate through online website.
    Car registration number is HR26AM1042

      Payment Successful for HSRP but order not confirmed

      Dear Sir,
      I have made today online payment ₹703.86 for High Security Registration plates for my vehicle registration number HR51AS1207.
      Payment was successful but receipt is not generated yet.
      On scanning bar code I get this number. DLHSRP[protected]

      Please help !...

        I ordered 28th Dec 2020, HSRP online colour sticker for my vehicle registration number HR29 AJ 7015
        I couldn't find the order details in my email or any SMS in mobile phone.
        Please provide me, the order details.

I had make payment through online vide payment ID pay_GIOgQ4JaIQDwP0 which was deducted from my account but my order is not confirmed. I had email to Link Utsav to there is no reply from their site. Sir now request please take necessary action against Link Utsav and please placed my order

                      I had applied for HSRP with Colour sticker. Details were filled properly and the payment was also made (Payment Id pay_GILs5sIUgTfFMt Paid On 28th Dec, 2020 Method UPI. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at same time. I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were also no records found.

                      Payment deducted but order number not generated
                      I applied online for HSRP coloured speaker. All the details were filled and payment of Rs. 697.61 done successfully (payment ID pay_GRctNPlNNrjQIt)on 20th January 2021 but receipt and order number not generated. Kindly help.

                      I booked a HSRP for my bike on 16 sept 2022 but till yet i have not got my order number and couldn't download the receipt.

                                  I applied for HSRP for my Haryana registered car from hsrphr.com. The amount got deducted but I didn’t receive the application number and the QR code on the phone also pointed to a different application number (DLHSRP[protected] that didn’t exist. Upon looking for this applicaion number in the track my order page I got to know that the application for Haryana start with HRHSRPXXXXXX.

                                  On trying to reach them on the customer care number it was found that the number[protected] didn’t exist or out of service. Tried with other number for link utsav on google but none of them worked.

                                  In think this is a scam going on as there is no way to contact them.
