This is to bring to your kind notice that, i have applied for high security no. Plate and it has been more than 5 months since i have not received the same. I therefore request you to take notice of my complaint and do the needful.

I complaining against my car number plate which is not made by your company. I submitted the fees on 14/11/2017 but the number plate is not made on 23/12/2017. My plate number is hr38x9121. I went your faridabad office two times but there is no response. They always says that your number plate is not made. So i want to know how many days your company is taken to make a number plate. Please made my car number plate as early. If your company is not responed me as early i went to the consumer court and suit the case against your company.

We have paid for number plates quite sometime back from our dealership devansh automobiles pvt. Ltd, mandi dabwali and we are not getting hsrp in time and customers are complaing a lot. If someone files a case that will be your responsiblity. Confirm asap. If we didnot get the plates in time, then we will also approach to state transport commissioner haryana.

As per the new vehicle registration process of hsrp plates we are continuously facing problems for in time delivery of the plates.
The for said executive from your side mr. Bijender and his senior mr ravi gurgaon territory don`t bother thier selves upon our complaints and issue.
They are not serious towards thier work and their response to the dealers too.

This is a gentle complaint for the services after this i will raise the same issue to nic and the local sdm as well as we are dealing with the sdms in our area.

This is regarding the high security registration plates in bihar, the company is charging extra money for making registration plates. They take extra money arond rs 350 and rs 121 for four wheller and two wheller respectively. As per the motor act 1988, plates cab be fixed at the authorised station by transport office, but almost every dealer in bihar is keeping no plates and fixing it to the vehicle. Extra money taken are deposited in different account as 'black money'. The quality of plates are also very poor. If the customer complain about that, the company never listen to them. Taking extra money and supplying plates to non authorised person is totally illegal as per the motor act and inquery has to be done. The company has already been black listed in other state for doing the same but, it is being done bihar.

I had purchased a new car and as per govt. Guidelines applied for the high security registration plate and paid online at the link portal mentioned on hrphr site.On processing payment and registration i got status of plate readiness and fixture on 29th october but when i went to local centre they said plate not received ad to check after a week.Again week passed away and then they say to contact hsrphr office in rohtak.After contacting hsrphr window they said to wait for 3-4 more day.Again no status and i logged compalint online as well as by phone but no response yet. I think its a fraud company the govt. Has authorized where no one is there to listen or respond.

I registered for a new HSRP for my car on 25 June 2015 and paid the required fee online.I was given a date of 27 June 2015. When I went to their center on 27 I was told that the plate was not ready and would be available only after 20-25 days. I was suggested that I shall check the status online but for the last 3 days their website is down and I am not able to check the status.

Sir, I have applied for the HSRP Plate in respect of vehicle registration No. HP33D2007 vide cash receipt No. RMND/CSH9245 dated[protected]. Today on[protected] i visited the branch office of LINK UTSAV VENTURES PVT. LTD. at Sauli Khad, District Mandi of Himachal Pradesh in connection with fixing the number plate in my car. But the official there clearly said it will be take one month more time. In this regard, it is bring to your kind notice that I personally saw the vehicle in market of Mandi town bearing HSRP plate No. HP33D2121. It is pertinent to mention that HSRP plate of HP33D2007 has not been prepared by the company till date but HSRP plates of above number are being made on pick and choose basis. I have applied for the HSRP on 9th May 2014 and the agency (Link Utsav Registration Plates Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon, Near Rajiv Chowk and Gurgaon Court) told me to collect the plate after 25 days. But even after two months they are not issuing the plate. Today (2nd July) was my third visit to the centre and they again told me to come after 1 month. The executive also behave in very irresponsible manner. When asked about the exact date of issue, they just say, "I don't know, cone after 1 month'. There were other people also who applied before me but not issued the plate yet. It is really a very frustrating situation as I have to visit them wasting my time and money again and again. Dear Sir, I Alpna Mittal bought a new car and applied for registration of car & Number was granted as HR 06 AB 1899.After awaiting for a long time Defective Number Plate was delivered by saying that the machine is not working properly and compelled me to take that number plate and also said that no problem will arise in future. but i know that problem will exists because the printing is so poor that definetely challan will be done on my vehicle. So please solve our problem as soon as possible

Dear Sir, I bought a new Honda Activa for which registration certificate was issued in September 2013. The fee for High Security Number plate was deposited on 21st JANUARY 2013 as well. Due to some circumstances I could not get it affixed in the month of January 13. Now the people at Link Utsav (Panchkula) are telling me that they have destroyed the high security number plate and I will have to deposit money again to get a number plate affixed. Concerned person (Mr. Abid Kumar from Kalka) at RTA 5, Panchkula (Hry.) asking for Rs. 150/- for new number plate & Rs. 100/- for Handling Charges because number plates are issued from Ambala. When I told them to give me the receipt, they refuse me to given the receipt. I have checked and there is no such condition mentioned anywhere in any document the High Security number plate will be destroyed in case a owner does not get it affixed in - number of days. I have checked all through internet I did not see any such reference. Please help me with this. I think these guys are just cheating by making such claims. They have not provided any proof of destroying the original number plate. You are requested to strict action about it. HSRP for my scooty with number HR26BZ0904 has not been issued till date. I had received the R.C. in the month of May, 2013.
I have submitted necessary documents and registration fees for the number plate at your office in Gurgaon in the same month.
Since then, I have visited your HSRP issuing center more than 10 times. They keep giving unsatisfactory answers but no clue as to when I would get the plates.

I hereby request the concerned authorities to look into this matter at the earliest and help me to get the plates. Hoping to get a reply soon.

I had applied for the mendatory High Security Number Plate for my car at Gurgaon recently bought. The payment of Rs 365 was made on 14 June 2013 at nominated center "Meet - Apolo Tyre" nr Rajiv Chowk Gurgaon. The designated offical said to collect the no plate after 15 days where as the receipt issued mentions to collect and affix the number plates in 4-5 days from the date of issuing of receipt.
I have visited the Gurgaon center for getting the Number plate affix atleast 3 time from 1 July to 11 July 2013. Every time the offical says the paltes are not ready and come after 3 to 4 days. This is a Major harrasement for a Senior citizen ie me. I have to follow each up by visiting the cenetr every time and been turn down with some new date. i had again visited today (11 July 2013) for the same issue and now these guys have given me a date of 24 July 2013 to come and check if the registration plates are ready. This is a total faliure of the system to harrase the public. The CM of the state and his entire administration is responsible for this mess and harrasement to public. The employs at the center are highly un professional and illitrate. They cannot even answer and attend the people respectively and uses the language " Jo karna hai Kar Lo" & "Jo bigagadna hai bigadlo"

I bought a new car for which registration certificate was issued in October. The fee for High Security Number plate was deposited in October (11th October) as well. Now the people at link Utsav are telling me that they have destroyed the high security number plate and I need to deposit money again to get a number plate affixed.

I have checked and there is no such condition mentioned anywhere in any document the High Security number plate will be destoryed in case a owner does not get it affixed in - number of days. I have checked all through internet I did not see any such reference.

Please help me with this. I think these guys are just cheating by making such claims. They have not provided any proof of destroying the original number plate.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday I go at Link Utsav Registration Plates Pvt. Ltd.'s office for the HSRP for my new byke. As per their rate list, they have to take only Rs.121.07 including service charges. But they are taking Rs. 122/-, but this did not get end here. If someone do not have chain and give them 125, 130 or 150, they did not return back the extra amount. They keep it with them. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
