I purchased a deal at little app message appeared successful but i cannot see the details of the pin generated to redeem deal purchased i raised a complaint ticket in app itself after 10 minutes the details are visible but as soon as i use the deal it shows redeemed... I havent used the same how it can be redeemed before that... Registered mobile no. [protected]

On 19th june 2017, i wanted to order from domino's so i purchased an e voucher of little app worth rs 300 on june 19, 2017
But i couldn't use it as it got updated on the next day and after that i was busy and couldn't use it even after a month but as it was valid till aug 16, 2017 so i had no worry.
On aug 5, 2017 i decided to use it, i take the e voucher code from the little app and try to apply it during payment option under "gift card/e viucher" category as per instructions by little app but i was shocked as it showed me that i have zero balance on my voucher, the voucher for which i have generated code just before an hour ago. As it was not get shared from my side to anyone so i complained for it to relating authority. As little app doesn't have any customer care number, they dont even provide an email address so i had no other option to complain for it except on the app itself, i wrote them regarding the issue and they gave reply to my query and assured me to resolve my issue within 5 working days but as my voucher was about to expire in few days so i requested them to resovle the issue asap.
But then just after 5 days the stopped replying, i try to reach them many number of times but all was in vain, my voucher got expire on aug 16, 2017 without even use, they didn't reply at all. Its like they just making money by making fool of the people and by unfair means. Do not what to do now

Hi i recently purchased dominos 500 voucher from little app.
But it is showing zero balance while applying dominos website.
I have already raised my concern with them but unfortunately they responded that i have used that amount.
This is very unfortunate that it happens and without any investigation they concluded wrong.
I never used it and never share the voucher with anyone.

LittleApp- an amazing App to buy great deals?

I Have been using this App from around 7 months now and would like to share some thoughts on its usage.

There is a proverb which says "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" you will definitely relate to this proverb once you start using this App. Sample this- “Buy 1 buffet lunch/dinner and get 60 percent cashback and also get one more buffet lunch/dinner free!!!”

Initially after installing the app you will be amazed at the deals and offers this App offers and you start buying them and enjoying the cashbacks. One will start spreading the word about good deals and you even buy some good deals for your family and friends.

1) Once the total number of deals or orders you have purchased crosses 50 (redeemed, expired, refunded, unused together) and you buy the 51st Deal, 1st deal you had bought whether used or unused gets deleted automatically and you will not even notice it. Little App will neither inform you about this deletion nor refund the amount unless you ask for it.

2) Let us consider that you did notice that your 1st order got deleted when you bought the 51st order and you decided to call the customer care for help, to your surprise you will realize that they do not have a customer care. Yes you read it right, they do not have a customer care which means all correspondence are through helpline tickets and their SLA varies between 24 hours to eternity, which means if you go to a merchant and the deal does not get validated due to some issue with the code there is no way of getting it resolved immediately the only option is to raise a helpline ticket and say your prayers that it will be resolved ASAP. Whoever designed this App strongly believes in FIFO (first in first out) and they assume that you will redeem your orders serially as per the date of purchase and not randomly. If you buy any number of new orders after 50 orders the same number of existing orders whether used or unused will be deleted from your “MY Orders” list.

3) Many merchants are brought on board without fully explaining them the terms o[censored]sage and as a result many merchants refuse to accept little App and turn you away. There will be no compensation for the time, energy & Money spent.

4) Initially the response from the helpline will be within 24 hours and you will be happy about it but as you purchase deals you will realize the customer support is hopeless and you will feel trapped. If you raise a ticket saying you will take legal action on them for deleting the deals, you will get back a reply from them saying we have made a note of your concern and back end team will get back to you.which will never happen.

5) According to them customer support means customers supporting themselves without contacting little App. and resolving their issues themselves.

6) If you have received a cashback of 500 from a deal which you had purchased previously and you apply this cashback to buy a new deal for 99 Rs you will forfeit remaining 401 rupees. which means you will have to buy deals equal to or above the cashback amount received.

7) The codes which are generated when you buy a deal is visible to every Tom, Dick & Harry working in that company, particularly customer care, which means anyone can redeem your deal before you actually do it.(Especially domino's and coffee day coupons )

8) They have a customer care number only for merchants and not for customers which means that merchants are important for them and not customers.

9) Cash back - It actually means cash will not be credited back to your account, you will have to buy some other deal within 21 days. You can’t buy the same deal again with the cashback.

10) Mc Donald’s, coffee day, Burger king & Pizza hut deals once purchased cannot be cancelled even within validity period and no refund will be processed.

11) If you have purchased a deal by making part payment using cashback and remaining amount through credit card or paytm & you decide to cancel the deal before validity ends then only part of the amount you paid through credit card is refunded, you’ll forfeit your cashback applied to purchase the deal. Ex.. deal cost 100rs you paid by 50 cashback +50 card payment. Only 50 card payment is refunded and 50 cashback applied is gone.

12) When your refund is processed, some amount is credited back to paytm, some to bank and some as cashback in the App and you will lose track of the refunds you had requested and will find it very difficult to verify refunds.

13) Many deals are prematurely cancelled by little app before the expiry of the validity and refund processed (Only online payment is refunded, cashback applied won’t be refunded unless requested)

14) Please read all the posts online related to little app, especially on Play store before installing.

15) Verdict : it is really a very good App if you have the time, energy and money to keep a track of every purchase, refund & cashback, a never give up attitude to fight with the little app team by raising tickets everyday will be an added advantage, Happy Shopping!!!

I had purchased a dominos deal from little app of voucher worth 500 and followed their procedure for buying the deal from website using voucher code which i had recieved. But in payment section when i apply voucher code its displaying cannot redeem this code. Even the costumer care are not responsive if i try to connect. Please take measure as soon as possible

I have purchased a deal for 'studio 11 salon and spa', banjara hills, from little app on march 23, 2017.. This deal was valid till july 1, 2017.. But when i wanted to use it on june 26, 2017, the deal wasn't showing up under 'my orders'- reason being the particular branch is closed...
I paid for this deal in 2 parts - paid 139 rs through paytm wallet and rest 360 was the cashback coupon i received for the redeeming another deal from bikanerwala on march 10, 2017

But when i complaint to little they only refunded me the 139 rs paid through paytm wallet but rest 360rs (Which i used the cashback amount) for the deal is still not refunded.. Please get back to me asap on my mobile number [protected] and refund the amount

This is to bring to your notice asking for help and justice. This so callled 'little app deals' throughs bait at cx's to buy their deals which are not valid when we call the restaurants & when asked for refund they say our coupon is not eligible for resume & they flick our money. This is really a fraud. Kindly assist. Thanks

I bought a voucher worth 500 for 331 on 31 may..it is 13 digit..when I try at Domino's.. site expects 16 digit code and hence gets error pop up card no.not valid...and the voucher is expiring on 15 July...when I called customer care..they put me in queue and the call ends after sometime..I want my money back.litle app should not offer such deals or shud be responsible for end to end delivery..

Bought a gift voucher of dominos of 2000 but while checkout at the website it is showing gift card balance as zero. Need refund. Tried calling them many times but of no use.
There is no dedicated customer care to handle such complaints.
Checked on the website itself but it's not working and waiting for their reply on the same. Never going to recommend it to anyone.

I have purchased dominoes e-vouchers from little app but everytime i tried to pay on dominoes website my coupon didn't worked. It's showing card balance zero every time. It happened four times and the little app customer care doesn't respond neither on phone nor through emails. My money is stuck and i cant get it back.Please help. its getting very frustrating now.

Little app is currently selling vouchers of domino's which the app shows can be redeemed by providing the code at the time of placing order. However, when we place the order and go to the payment page there is no such option as mentioned by little app to make payment through e voucher. When called at customer service station no one answers the call moreover on sending repeated mails they refuse to refund my money back. I paid Rs. 800 to little app for the coupon.

I purchased a domino's coupon worth ₹500, for ₹399. The money got deducted from my paytm account, but i am unable to get any code. When i click on the redeem code button, the box where the code should have been displayed, remains blank. I emailed them about the issue, but no response even after 12 days. When i try to call their customer care no : [protected], there is an automated reply, "the incoming call to this number is barred". Now i have lost my money. There is no one to head to your complaints. Worst service. Pls do something regarding this company. Or else they may cheat other customers in the future.

1. 100/- : which is showing as invalid card
2. 500/- which is showing as zero balance

Contacted multitple times via email but no satisfactory response.

They don't even dare to call us even after asking them to call

I bought 2 dominos evoucher, each rs.2000 worth i paid rs.1599 each voucher but when i try to redeem the coupon in dominos website, its showing rs.0 balance in the e voucher. I cant able to buy the products in dominos, i tried customer care number and email both thers no response, i want my money back to my paytm account.

I wanted to buy a don giovanni pizza deal of rs 199 (1 non-veg quattro pizza medium with 1 cold drink 330 ml) from the jodhpur park outlet today (28 may 2017). However, upon enquiry with the merchant, i was told that the offer is no longer valid and the prices have gone high. Thank god i didn't buy the deal before checking with the merchant.

If the merchant is to be believed, the offer was not updated on little app. Highly irresponsible and had i bought the deal first my money would have been gone.

Extremely disappointed.

My registered number is [protected]. The deal i brought first time the merchant not taking order. i asked little app team. They said will resolve this in 2 days. After 30 days i am not getting any call. Again i try to use the deal, the code says it is not valid. The code will expires in next 15 days.

What to do there is no customer care number. No contact detail. No one is replying any feedback.

When called on Domino for denial, they said please discuss with little app.

Pls. don't us this app. I will put strong comment at facebook as well

Little app is such a sucking app i have ever seen. They have very non-professional staff they will confrontly talk to you in a ridiculous way that you cant even tolerate.
I have purchased a deal in delhi for dominos at that time i was not able to avail the deal so i have called their customer care so one executive told me that he is also not able to apply the deal on my behalf and i will get my money back in 2 days. after 2 days when i didnt get my money back i have called them again.
at that time their executive told me that u will not get ur money and u have to make the purchase only.
When i told them that i live in a remote area and i dont have dominos here at my place he asked me to gift the coupon to someone else.
Who say this way.
after that he told me that it is not a that big amount so i can forget about this.
These people are really sucking.

On 7th December 2016 my friend and I went to Hugs and Mugs, a small café in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We bought a coupon from little app which stated we could buy worth Rs500 and pay Rs350 if we purchase through the app. We had done this earlier without any hassle so were rest assured this time too. When we finished eating and went to the counter to redeem the coupon, it stated redeemed, when we asked the person at the counter he said the coupon code is invalid therefore you need to pay the entire amount. We asked him to look into the matter, the owner, a lady and the person at the counter denied to take responsibility and said kindly contact little app. At that moment we were left with no choice but to pay our bill amount that is Rs530. The first thing we did the next morning was contact little app. They told us that they too can't take responsibility for the same because the coupon is valid as per their system. We went back to Hugs & Mugs and asked him to check. They told us its still not working and refund from our side is not possible. We called up little app to solve the issue on phone with Hugs & Mugs, But the conversation reaped no results. We have been regular customers of both, but none of them were interested in solving our issue. Eventually we ended up paying Rs880. We asked for a refund, but none of them responded. Little app told us to go and redeem the coupon again, we went twice, neither does the coupon work nor are we interested in forcefully eating food again. The little app people even said " We certainly won't provide a refund ". Certainly disappointing behaviour from both ends.

Veg and non veg deals on 1.9.2016 for inr 699.00 and inr 799.00 respectively on little app for restaurant goldfin located at oshiwara, andheri west, mumbai-53 .The expiry date of this deals were 31.10.2016 and i wanted to redeem the deals on 28.10.2016. However both the merchant and the online app team refused to honor the deals stating that the deal was closed whereas no intimation was sent to me w.R.T the same and also the refund was not initiated proactively. This put me in a very embarrassing and precarious situation as i had invited my guests to treat them to this restaurant and this had to be cancelled last minute. I suggest the respective team to take the strictest possible action as this incident has caused me humiliation and emotional disturbance.

i spoke to customer care and they say i havent use code where as i have used it and now when i try applying the promo code that shows invalid promo usage for promo code cb100,
which would only shows when the code is already used
