Hello little app

I varinder have been trying to raise a ticket from the app regarding the issues but no reply have given yet its 3 days now

I have placed an order on sunday at 9:48 am the amount have been deducted from my account but the order was not placed, this mail is regarding refund for my amount which have deducted and no service was provided

Hi purchased a saloon deal worth 1299 from little to be redeemed colouryou kondapur salon. But i did not like the saloon upon visiting it, so i cancelled the deal instead. I raised a request for refund on 25th december 2018. It's been more than 15 days and i haven't received any call from them. I mailed to them on their i. D - [protected]@checklittle.com, but it;s not a valid add it seems. I want my money back.

I had tried to buy a deal from. Little app on 31st december 2018 money of inr 599 deducted from my paytm wallet but order not booked. Idealy if order not booked then money should be refunded.. Since i have been complaining little app portal but don't get any response and money also not yet refunded i had contacted paytm wallet also and they confirmed that money has reached to the merchant. Please help to get my money refunded.

Purchased 3 deals on little app. Could not encash the deal as the vendor chung wah was not accepting the deals... As they are having settllment issues for the last 3 months with little app. Have been refunded only the smallest value..1 deal. Request to refund the remaining 2 deals.

All mails to little app have bounced back.

I didnt expect this and cancel the deal.

Its been 4 days, since I didnt recieve any Refund from your side.I tried to call to customer care number also but I think number is nt working now.

I never ever expect this kind of behaviour from your reputed company.Now, I am feeling like I did a big mistake that I choosed you ...

I had purchased deal for dinner which was expiring on 31st Dec 2018. I went for dinner on 24th Dec but a merchant denied to honour the deal saying that the deal is not valid from 24th to 31st due to Christmas days. I surprised that if such is a case then why the deal expiry date was not 23rd dec? was it to fool customers with long period expiry offers?

I requested for refund on 24th dec itself but the refund has not been received even after 15 days till now. The Company promises on app to refund in 4-5 days and promises to refund in 48 hours on website.

Little app seems cheater Company. There is no customer care number or Customer care eMail address available within app oe on website or even not searchable through google. The old number and eMail ID are not working. I tried but number nor working and eMails bounced. even after trying hard to search on google and other ways on internet, the customer care number or eMail ID was not found. The Company is hiding its identity and allows customers to transact for help or complain through app or website only. it is also one way transaction. you can communicate but company will answer only which it likes. Doesn't this reflect malafied intention of Company?

It is shamful for the Company that it fails to keep trust of customers who are buying pre-paid deals just putting trust on the Company.

I have purchased deals in Ahmedabad but while visiting merchant, he denied to honour the deal saying that it could not be honoured from 24th Dec to 31st Dec due to christamas days. the deal expiry date was 31st dec. If the deal was not pissible to honour after 23rd then why the expiry date was offerred as 31st? Isn't it a policy to fool customer with offerring long period deal?

I applied forcrefund on 24th night itself but refund is not received even after 15 days till now. Even after putting hard efforts to find customer care number or eMail ID, I could not find it.

Little app seems cheater company. It is not providing any customer care number or even customer care eMail address. Only way, you can transact with little app is, through app or website and that is one way communication-from your side only. Company is not coming in direct touch and that reflects its fraund intention.

I had canceled one deal because the dealer not responding the call but i have not received my money yet even i am trying to call customer care that is also not available. Download Receipt from http://littleapp.in/invoice/GFUUHT please refund my money as soon as possible. you have given fake number and email which is showing address not found.They have provided fake email id and number which is not working.

I tried ordering a coupon from little for lunch buffet in Westin, Velachery, Chennai. I tried it twice and both the times my amount got debited and the order was not placed.

I have booked for service in de stress luxury for rs 299 code - (R7zgzh). One more service in b'glam for rs 799 code - (Ynyrm4). The merchants have denied the service. I have cancelled the order 10 days back but still the money is not refunded.
Kindly revert the money as soon as possible.
The customer care service is not responding and no support at all. Highly dissapointed with the support.

I had purchased one dominos voucher code paying an amount of rs.341. Coupon was valid until aug'17. While i tried to use the voucher, it declined to accept the same and was throwing message that voucher code is invalid.

When i raised complaint with littleapp, they have told that the said coupon code is already used in gurgaon. When i didnt travel, how the hell was the coupon used. No resolution provided by them. Playstore should ban this app immediately.

Looks like dominos and littleapp are both cheating customers. I have lost an amount of rs. 341 and didnt get any refund. Littleapp is big fraud company and bunch of cheaters who loot people of their hard earned money.

I purchased a litlle app coupon of rs 1100 for a full body massage at aura thai spa, vasant vihar. But the spa has refused to accept your coupon. The coupon would be expiring on september 30, and the aura thai spa has refused to entertain this. They said little app is making a fool out of the customers. I need my money back and need the refund immediately. Else, i will complain to the consumer cell.

We purchased a coupon frm little app of dominos. We visited twice or thrice at mdc sec 5 panchkula outlet but they were unable to redeeme that coupon. Now it got expired. It is due to the outlet problem or little app server problem it is not our fault. Due to your poor service we lost our money. Sir it was not redeemd by your poir service you should give us notification for expiring it. Plz refund our money or recharge that coupon again. Take immediate action.

I applied refund amount rs 898 for buffet lunch for the hotel hunted booked through little app, but i received the message amount credited dated on 3.8.18, but amount not credited to my bank account. App status also shows amount refunded. I tried their customer care number and mail, but no response from them.

I have purchase ab's absolute barbecues deal in little app but it was not redeem. So i have raise the request for refund and i got confirmation sms on 27 july as they will revert my amount in next 24 hours. But still i dint get my refund amount and any confirmation.
I try to contact with them but there are no praper contact details are there.

I purchased a deal for "Barbeque Nation"
I visited the merchant on 8th July 2018 at Amanora Town center, Pune.

While redeeming the little app code there was some issue. Merchant told me that he is not able to redeem this voucher as it has been expired on 4th Jul 18!!!
How it is possible, voucher validity is till 31st July 2018.

I raised this concern but your Representative asked me to use any where else in India!!!

I bought it for Amanora town center location and for a particular occasion. Just for using this voucher it is not possible to visit the merchant again and again.

I bought a deal for naturals salon, madiwala, bangalore worth rs 762 on 31 may 2018 with order # dnpyat. But the merchant denied to accept the voucher so i canceled it on the same day and i got the message from littleapp saying amount has been refunded. However i have not received the amount till date neither in my bank account nor in paytm wallet. I tried to contact customer care but i must say their customer service is worst n did not provide any update on it. There was no email id where i can register my complaint.

My littele account phone number.[protected] and i tried to purchase the voucher from haunted, for rs.289- on 24.04.018 at flash sale. During transaction payment deduct from paytm via andhra bank account for rs. 289/. But coupon didn't got generated.
I raised a request on this with little app customer care many times, but didn't get response till now.
How get cash refund. Request you to please look into this issue

On 24.05.2018 i purchased a coupon of pizza hut worth rs 500 on the app,
Which was not accepted by the merchant. The merchant said the coupon had 0 balance. And they said me to raise a ticket through the feedback section from your app, after which i got a reply saying "for the order pizza hut we validated the coupon & found that you have utilised the coupon & the balance is zero. Hence we will not be able to proceed the refund".

But the pizza hut guy didn't accept my rs 500 voucher.
