Made an order of Rs.3325 to an Restaurant using the little app, money got deducted but the Order is not generated. Contacted the payment gateway and the transaction is successful from their end . Unable to contact anyone from the little app as their customer care number seem to not found anywhere in the app . Have raised a couple of complaints but no one has gotten back . Starting to feel little app is a scam .
I had purchased voucher for salon things but the outlet was closed and I generated a complaint still I didn't get any reply please reply me

      Could not find the customer care no and the support page is not getting opened. I bought a package of worth rs 1099 for Lanna, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Money got deducted from my account but didn’t get any code. This is totally insane! Please return my money or else give me the coupon code. I will have to file complaint. Do the needful.         On Saturday, I buy a deal on Milkshake Buffin and paid the amount using Paytm Wallet but the order is not generated. When I check the Paytm Customer Care, they said money is transferred to Merchant Account successfully. Please check and refund the amount.
        Please respond to the mail ASAP.
        Customercare number is not responding the emailid is also wrong which is given on little app.

          I was purchasing buffet coupon the amount was deducted from bank account but the coupon was not generated and the amount is not refunded to my bank.. Customercare number is not responding the emailid is also wrong which is given on little app..
          Little app is big fraud.
          So refund my money to bank asap
          One shouldnot use little app it is really a fraud..

            I bought three orders from little app and i canceled them as i was not able to redeem them, i requested refund however there is no response from their end moreover they don't have any number updated where we can call or complain. I found a number to contact them through net however nobody pick up the phone. I am so worried about my money and pissed off with the kind of experience which i got from little app. I request you to take action against them.

              This company has given customer care number on site but nobody pick up the call i purchased a deal of KFC at INR 549 of INR 720 and visited TGIP KFC OUTLET to get the item but merchant refused to honour the deal so i tried to call customer care but nobody pick up the call i need my money back despite multiple calls at [protected] i am unable to raise the complain

                1. I have bought the deal of great escape water park "28-apr-2018", while buying payment get failed through icici bank through app on mobile but amount deducted, after that book the ticket through laptop through citi bank credit card.
                Please check & refund the unsuccessful transaction amount.

                2. I have bought the deal of yazoo park "27-apr-2018", while buying payment get failed through citi bank, after that book the ticket again. And amount deducted twice rs. 130.
                Hence please check & refund the unsuccessful transaction amount.

                  I had placed 2 transactions for esseld world from little ap via paytym gateway. On my no [protected].

                  Order could'nt be completed.. Hence it got cancelled..
                  Amount 1584 was deducted twice from my icici bank accnt via paytym on saturday 5th may.
                  But it is not refunded yet.

                  Please look into this asap.

                    I have purchased a voucher worth rs 689 using ilittle app and the amount was successfully debited from my account. I have checked with the bank and have already provided me with the mail confirmation stating that the amount was successfully debited. I raised few tickets using ilittle app however, i did not receive any message, refund or voucher so far. It has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and hence i would like to request for immediate resolution of this query.

                      I have purchased a coupon from little app however due to some personal reason i cannot visit the store so i have cancelled my order and raised request for refund. First of all it did not updated refund status in one go then i tried again in next day then it is showing status request for refund. (Deal was not expired till that time) even after one week i have not got that amount credited to my paytm balance. Amount was 949 rs.

                      And after reading so many reviews and complaints seems to be this is a fraud app which only tries to collect money and do not give proper service.
                      Just trying to make some money by not giving appropriate service.

                      I want to lodge a legal complaint against these type of fraud. Also google play store should screen these types of apps before making it public.

                        I booked for buffet lunch on 1st may, 2018 through little app. I thought of having a good time with my family members but it didt happened due to little app technical issue. The amount deducted from my bank account but order not generated. I tried calling the customer care but no one is responding to my call. An amount of rs.3994 has been deducted from account. I have sent an email to their customer care id [protected]@checklittle.com but still not received the revert from them. Looking at the reviews posted by everyone that i am scared that whether i will get my amount back or not.

                        Please look into it on priority and provide my refund.

                            I paid ₹840 for a ticket to water kingdom in 30th april, 2018, mumbai but i didn't get the ticket.
                            Money was transferred successfully from bank account to paytm then deducted from paytm.
                            Little app showed something like - there happened some problem, money will be refunded.
                            Still got no refund.
                            Even no customer care support.
                            Even they are giving invalid email id in their 'email us' tab in app.
                            Please help me getting the refund of ₹840

                              I placed an order for a pizza hut coupon which worth 500 rupees by paying 419 rupees on friday (27 april 2018). I got a pop up saying "your order is not placed and the amount will be credited back to your account". But it is already 3 days now no action is taken. I neither got the coupon nor the money back. As in the attached image 419 rupees is paid from my paytm account. Please take any furthur action as soon as possible and do the needful

                                Hi there i would like to bring to your notice that i did a transaction on little app of Rs 799 purchasing a voucher for full body massage in "Darzis Beauty & Spa" on 28/4/2018, the transaction was not completed but I was charged for Rs 799 on my Paytm wallet (Order#[protected]/ Wallet Txn ID [protected]) but no voucher was generated.

                                  Hi there i would like to bring to your notice that i did a transaction on little app of 498rs purchaseing 2 reet rajwadi vouchers each with value of 249rs on 26/4/2018 the first time i transact for 498rs at 9pm and the transaction was not completed but i was charged for 498rs on my credit card but no voucher was generated however 2nd attempt was successfull but i have not recevied my money of first transaction yet pls help

                                    I raised a request on this with little app customer care many times, but didn't get response till now.

                                      I have purchased a drink coupon from little app in feb 2018 which was for 1250 and tried redeem the offer from aqua park hotel kolkata but i am not able to do it. They have denied the service twice stating that the drinks are not available and right now they have inform me that the offer is not valid anymore

                                      It seems that it has been a big hassle for me and i am scared that i will losing out on money which is rs 1250.

                                        Title: refund of bought dominos gift voucher from little app merchant

                                        Note[little app customer care information]:
                                        Little app did not provide any direct phone call customer care service to customer.
                                        I found their contact number with various searches on internet with very difficulty.
                                        If you go to their desktop website"www.littleapp.in" & click on support you will find blank white page.
                                        Only "help" option is in their app which is ticket system available for customer which is very very lousy.

                                        My complaint total description:

                                        I bought all 3 "dominos pizza gift voucher" from "little app" on 27 july 2017.[purchase date:27 july 2017]
                                        According to terms these gift vouchers were going to expire on 1 december 2017.[expiry date of gift vouchers: 1 december 2017]
                                        Customer can redeem/use these gift vouchers on dominos pizza online website as payment for their order.

                                        Paid price for my 3 gift vouchers are as follows:
                                        2 gift vouchers paid price - 325*2= 650 rupees
                                        1 gift voucher paid price -599 rupees

                                        Complaint :

                                        After purchasing gift vouchers on 27 july, in the month of september suddenly without any notice dominos website disabled the
                                        "gift voucher" payment option from their online website.
                                        Due to this many customers were unable to use their bought gift vouchers on dominos website as payment for their orders.
                                        My gift voucher validity was going to expire on 1 december 2017.
                                        So i started contacting both little app & dominos customer care service regarding gift voucher payment option
                                        And they told me that dominos gift voucher payment service is going to start again within few days.
                                        These few days turned into weeks & months. After trying again & again i got same replies from their customer care.

                                        Me & many others customers gift vouchers expired due to unavailability of gift voucher payment option on dominos website.
                                        Due to their mistake customers faced this issue but still they didnt provide any refund of expired vouchers.
                                        Gift voucher payment option was completely disabled in month half of october, november, december & half month of january 2018.
                                        In this time period many customers including me are complaining on little app facebook page.
                                        Then i contacted little app customer care for refund of my gift voucher payment & they told me you should get refund from dominos pizza merchant.
                                        Then i called to dominos pizza customer care & their customer care told me they can not help me regarding this dispute & i should contact little app customer care.
                                        Both merchants blaming each other & this happened many times.
                                        Then i posted complaint of refund on dominos pizza facebook page & once they told me to get refund from little app because i bought gift vouchers from little app.
                                        So i went to little app facebook page & explained them that dominos pizza customer care told me to get refund from little app but instead of providing refund they told me wait until they get any resolution from dominos pizza,
                                        Once they will get resolution they will refund the money of customer or allow them to consume gift voucher. I told little app customer care that i want refund & do not want gift voucher anymore because i dont need them anymore
                                        In future as time has already passed when i actually want them.
                                        I keep asking for refund on little app facebook page but they keep replying the same & when i tried to aware other customers that dominos pizza customer care told me to get refund from little app they deleted my comments after a while.
                                        After so many requests to them still i didnt able to get refund.
                                        Complaining was already started in month of november & this went till month of january 2018.
                                        In the month of january 2018 when i again ask for refund on little app facebook page they told me that dominos pizza has going to availed the gift voucher payment option again
                                        & customer whose gift voucher was expired they can use those gift vouchers now. Gift voucher option enabled on the mid of january 2018 nearly after 3 months.
                                        After this i told them to refund my gift voucher money as they told in the past but they refused to refund & told me consume the voucher until 14 february 2018.
                                        They also refused my so many request of refund on facebook page & also deleted my facebook comments posts which is on their little app facebook page.
                                        They normally delete my facebook comments of refund within a day.
                                        This has already become a mentally challenging big headache for me.
                                        Also in february & march of 2018 when i told them i want urgent help regarding my dominos gift voucher they
                                        Reply me with "how to redeem dominos gift voucher process on dominos website."this is an example how reckless their customer care.
                                        After that not a single phone call from their customer care.
                                        Also they do not reply my any email now.

                                        In fact now they do not accept any call from customer. The phone keeps ringing and they do not receive it.

                                        There is little app promise which states that they provide 100% money back guarantee according to following -

                                        "little app promise":
                                        100% money back guarantee if the merchant does not honour this exact deal.

                                        My bought gift voucher proof is in attachment.
                                        I also have customer facebook complaints posts screenshots as a proofs but there is no space to attach more than one attachment.
