Livpure — AMC not activated

Hi I am writing to inform you that I purchased an 1 year AMC plan from Livpure technician which cost around 5499/- on 15 Jul 25, Today it is 18 Aug 25 and till now the AMC is not yet activated.

When I consulted the customer care, they said As per their records, I purchased AMC on 8 Aug 25 with some different amount but still it is not activated. Livpure is unable to give me proper solution instead of this, they are sharing the numbers of Local Area InCharge, who is least bothered to share any possible solution.

I also raised ticket via email Ticket No:[protected] which went unanswered

Such a Pathetic services from Liv Pure, There is no coordination between Service InCharge, Technician, Authorized partner and customer portal
