I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I am facing with LivePure. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with them, I booked on 12th April invoice no-25-26/1825129/5773150 and I have not received a satisfactory response regarding the Delivery and Installation of my RO water subscription.
Despite my repeated follow-ups and communications with their customer service team, I have not received any concrete information or actions taken to address my concerns. Everyday morning I called and same respone thet the Sorry for the delay we will delver by today wothout fail .But since 12 days I did not received the Item and I already purchsed 250 ltr Water insted.It is evident that LIVEPURE is not fulfilling its commitment to its customers, and I feel that my rights as a consumer are being disregarded.
I am writing to you, the Consumer Complaints Department, in the hope that you can intervene and assist me in resolving this matter.
