No service provided for amc

I am using livpur touch2000 model RO since last few years. I have subscribed for AMC also and was very happy till few months back.

In the month of April '25, I shifted my house from Jammu to Adipur (Gujarat) and all problems started since then.

At the very first, I had asked for re-installation of my RO at my new location. I had changed my address too for that purpose. Service provider at Bhuj took 3-4 days...

Installation not done and not responding at all

I Got the RO ( allura premia) 3 days ago, himansu ([protected])from sales team promised installation will done on 11th May'25. The case assigned to service engineer Saravanan ([protected]) and i was advised to connect with him. for the last 3 days I calling both the sales and service team at least 10-15 times but not even responding even for courtesy.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I am facing with LivePure. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with them, I booked on 12th April invoice no-25-26/1825129/5773150 and I have not received a satisfactory response regarding the Delivery and Installation of my RO water subscription.

Despite my repeated follow-ups and communications with their customer service team, I have not received any concrete information or actions taken to address my concerns. Everyday morning I called and same respone thet the Sorry for the delay we will delver by today wothout fail .But since 12 days I did not received the Item and I already purchsed 250 ltr Water insted.It is evident that LIVEPURE is not fulfilling its commitment to its customers, and I feel that my rights as a consumer are being disregarded.

I am writing to you, the Consumer Complaints Department, in the hope that you can intervene and assist me in resolving this matter.

    Water RO system

    Im purchase a Livpure Ro in 2023 April month. since the installation facing issues of impure Water no one hear, buy Amc for 1 year upto 8 may 2025, during that no parts change or no resolution. need to change Memebrane but mechanics change the Carbon Filter. Problem just same, they didn't resolve the complaint, mechanic is using abusing language. Totally Harrassed. Govt authorities should take necessary actions for cheat....

    Legal notice received for RO machine already returned

    I had returned the LivPure RO machine in 2022 but still have been served a legal notice over whatsapp for not returning the machine.

    This is a scam being run by Livpure company where they are knowingly harassing the customers.

    A few points to be noted -
    1. Customer Service agent calling after 3 years to check about the machine return and threating to send legal notice.

      Not getting advance money back

      Livpure not picking up machine after I disconnected the service, 20 days back. I'm just getting false assurance and status. Without giving me a call or visiting my place they mentioned that the attempt failed after multiple tries and visited my premises. I'm not getting my deposited money back also.

      No maintenance and filter/RO membrane replacement support

      I booked livpuresmart on 11th Oct 2024 and paid a 6month amount plus security as well with Rs 4193. They committed me to install it next day, but they delayed it for 4 to 5 days. Then I had to get another RO service for my home and cancelled this order before delivery.
      As per direction of customer support, I cancelled the delivery with delivery partner and raised my cancellation on 15th Oct 2024 over customer care. The same has been sent over mail to them as well.
      Every day the customer support persons are saying once cancellation team will call me and will approve my cancellation. Then after that they will initiate my refund which will take another 5 days.
      They are playing with me every day and many times, the customer care people also talked to me in harassing ways, where I am struggling to get my money back.

        RO service open request pending

        Called several times for service, but no response.
        Called their customer care, they informed there is an open service pending, which I didn't open, so they can't raise a new request.
        They asked me to call the area manager tp get it closed, to open a new service request.
        I Called the given numbers, 3 to 4 mobile numbers, no one picked the calls.

        This is very rude behaviour from livpure and flipkart. Livpure stated that flipkart will return my faulty ro just purchased on 9th october. Flipkart says liveure will take care. I am really very disappointed with flipkart and livpure. I purchased the product on 9thoctober and the installation team installed it. Water tasted really very bad, black particles in water. They visited again on 11th october and said that the ro is faulty, replaced by flipkart. I placed a return request and flipkart said livpure will process the request. I called livpure on the new customer care number +[protected] and they said to write an email to [protected]@livpure.com. They gave me an automated reply stating my ticket number is generated ticket no:[protected]. I am not able to hear anything more from them. I reached out 10 times and also the calling team from livpure has no access to the email team and email team except automated reply has no way to reply. Now the livpure is starting to contact flipkart and the flipkart executive are saying to contact livpure. I can't afford to lose 6k in this cat fight. Please work in coordination instead of playing a blame game and help customers. I still have hope from flipkart that they might do something but no hope from livpure at all.. Really very bad service experience from installation to calling to emailing. They failed in all aspects.
