I had taken a Livpure Smart RO on rental basis. Now after only 20 days, I decided to return the machine due to personal reasons. However, Livpure refused to refund my security deposit, citing a hidden 90-day lock-in clause.

Issue:
After the recent service of my Livpure water purifier, the TDS level of the water is extremely high. This is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk.

Details:

The service was just done, yet the water quality has worsened.

The purifier is not filtering properly and the TDS remains above safe limits.

I renewed Livpure acmc for glo model on 12 June 2025 from livpure Executive Mr. Ujjwal.

It's more than 15 days the acmc is not active even after multiple phone calls and emails.

I would be glad if the company starts the acmc since the water purifier is due for servicing....

I received faulty LIvpure purifier which I requested to take back and issue full refund as per LIvpure 7 days refund policy but the LIvpure customer executive is deliberately causing the delay by stating that cancellation department will call, but they never did. I have been following them over call, email and their portal but all they give is verbal assurance. At this point I am sure the company is carefully planned racket to scam customers....

A 'cancel of service' request was raised by me on 7th May 2025.
The water filter that I rented out was supposed to be picked up by them in under 72 hours.
Nothing has been done as of 30th May EOD.
I was supposed to receive my deposit amount for their products with 72 hours after pickup.
None of this has been done by them.
I have raised the same complaint thrice now and they still haven't don't...

I recently purchased a Livpure water purifier expecting good quality and support. However, I faced a major issue with the product and reported it to Livpure customer care. Im purchase a Livpure Ro in 2023 April month. since the installation facing issues of impure Water no one hear, buy Amc for 1 year upto 8 may 2025, during that no parts change or no resolution. need to change Memebrane but mechanics change the Carbon Filter. I had returned the LivPure RO machine in 2022 but still have been served a legal notice over whatsapp for not returning the machine.

This is a scam being run by Livpure company where they are knowingly harassing the customers.

A few points to be noted -
1. Customer Service agent calling after 3 years to check about the machine return and threating to send legal notice.
