Livpure — Cancellation & pickup not completed since 12 days.


I am leaving the city permanently on 12/04/2024. I raised request for cancellation on 30/03/2024, when I received no response from them. I called again to confirm status and they said cancellation is rejected, since I missed their confirmation call, whereas I didn't receive any cancellation call. I requested them to process this, since then I have been calling daily and the only response, I am getting is it will be done by today, but the pick has not been scheduled.
I have been calling every day. On Saturday I was told its confirmed pick-up team will call you, but I didn't get a call.
I called now, and again I got the same response it will be done, it was not confirmed yet (so the executive I spoke to on Saturday lied). When I asked for written confirmation for pick up, Care executive declined to provide the same and disconnected the call.
I am leaving the city permanently, leaving my rented accommodation.
