Service issue for my LIVPURE smart Ro

Hi,
I have raised many services for water taste issue in LIVPURE smart Ro still persist in spite of raised 10 service request. I tried talked to customer care multiple times but still no use.Service request had been closed without proper resolution. Even in recent request closed by stating customer is not reachable from local service which is false.
Below request have been created in 21st but no response as usual. Very disappointed....

Unable to get a service for my LIVPURE smart Ro

Hi,

I took a subscription for from LIVPURE and had water issues for that I have raised many services still persist. Talked to customer care multiple times but still no use.Service request have been closed without proper resolution even in recent request closed by stating customer is not reachable. Water is not coming from my RO for 5 days now. I filed an online complaint on Sunday, 15th October 2023 and then called them on Monday, 16th October 2023 as I did not see any open ticket.
On Monday a ticket was opened and then I waited for the concerned team but no one showed up.
I called on Tuesday, 17th Oct 23 again and they told me that my subscription has been cancelled by Livpure and the superior team will get back to me in 2 hours. However, no once turned up and I kept waiting.
Today 19th oct I called them again and they again told me that they would get back to me in one hour however, I kept waiting again and no one called.
There is no resolution from there side despite that my family is not getting drinking water from past 5 days and we are arranging it by buying it from local shops.
I have paid for subscription for one year which is valid till June 2024.
No one is taking any responsibility and I don't know what should I do.

    I am writing to file a complaint against Livpure for deficiency in services. I have been a loyal customer of Livpure for the past four years and have made timely recharges totaling Rs. 4188 until May 2024.
    On October 15th, I relocated to a new apartment and informed Livpure about my relocation in late September. I followed the process as advised by livpure team and raised a request for reallocation and scheduled the uninstallation for October 13th.
    On October 12th, I received a call for uninstallation in spite of 13th. I informed the representative that the uninstallation was scheduled for October 13th, but nobody turned up on the scheduled date. I called the customer care daily for assistance, but was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. Livpure representatives not only failed to assist me but also suggested that I uninstall the product myself or discontinue their services which is completely unacceptable given the premium I pay for your services.
    I also sent emails about my relocation but did not receive any response. As a result, I have been without water supply in my home for the past 6 days and spending additional cost to avail drinking water supply. This lack of service and disregard for customer satisfaction is not only disappointing but also amounts to mental harassment.
    I find it deeply troubling that despite being a paying customer, I am being forced to endure such treatment. I have tried to resolve this issue with Livpure directly, but my concerns have not been addressed promptly.
    I therefore request the Consumer Forum to intervene and direct Livpure to provide me with the following relief:

    Immediate installation of Livpure water purifier at my new address

    Compensation for the inconvenience and mental harassment caused due to the delay in installation

    Strict action against the Livpure employees responsible for the deficiency in services

    I hope that the Consumer Forum will take my complaint seriously and help me get justice.

      I wanted to get my water purifier servicing done when customer care advised me to renew AMC online which I eventually did. After making the payment it took 2 weeks to get the AMC active (initially they lied I would get the service done within 24 hours of making payment). It's been a month since my AMC was active but they didn't provide me any service or part replacement as per agreed under the AMC terms. The service center they allocated to my residence area, initially denied service as I didn't take AMC directly from them, they termed online AMC activation as a scam. The name of the service center is Livpure - Tanish Enterprises and a lady handles the calls and is very poor in customer service and speaks too rudely. I lodged multiple complaints over calls and emails to the Livpure customer care team but they failed to resolve this and stopped responding back to my emails. I faced loss of money, time, and mental peace. And top of that have no option other than drinking water with purifier issues.

          I have requested for cancellation of RO smart services on 15th Aug 23, but till now no one has turned up for machine pick up, whenever I'm calling to customer care simply they just use the script with in 24 hours our team will get in touch, but no response at all, such a pathetic service and poor response towards customer, I have paid amount for an year, which stucked into it, process the amount from the day which is opt for cancellation and refund me as soon as possible.

            I have bought ACMC for 3 yrs for my RO with registered mobile no [protected]. However, when I call the customer care, it says that I have not bought the ACMC and I have been refused the services. Kindly resolve the issue at your end, else I will be forced to take legal advice.

              Refund not initiated for cancellation of Livpure Smart RO

              I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I am facing with LIVEPURE. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with them, I have not received a satisfactory response regarding the refund of my money and the cancellation of my RO water subscription.

              Despite my repeated follow-ups and communications with their customer service team, I have not received any concrete information...

              I have lodged one complain as on 20.08.2023 and SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER IS JS-[protected] and after 30 hours also no service engineer being allotted for our request. Earlier when we have not done the extended warranty that time we got very prompt response from your end. Now -a -days you are not responding our complain. This is
              great learning for us in future we will not take any service from your end and also we will not recommended any person to buy your RO.

                When I purchased the Liv Pure RO on and around Dec 22 and i felt the first blow on Jan 22 when membrane was damaged and that time also i had to communicate to many people to get that changed and that time I was told that preventive maintenance would be carried out in all possible way as promised before and will get membrane and filters changed up in coming time as per time duration of 7-8 months o[censored]se

                Today on 17/08/2023 when service technician Rahul Saini came and I told him to check the status and asked whether membrane requires to be changed, he was rude and straight away denied that no membrane now will be changed as previously it was changed on your demand.

                I have a question from the people running livpure when someone purchases a product and product tends to be defective in less than a month then would you call it a “replacement under my (customer)demand “ Why would I not be entitled get full services and membrane replaced if i feel so and it was told to me

                There was no clarification given on this by Area Manager Arvind also as well he was also confused and was misleading with several changing statements and he himself was not sure whether it can be replaced under warranty or not.

                When I tried complaining about all this Livpure customer care created a ticket and then after few hours changed it to resolved .

                    I have vacated my residence and cancelled the rental water filter 10 days back, but even after multiple calls livpure has not refunded the security deposit amount which they had charged before installing the filter. FILTER NUMBER IS A3NR25D1083415 and customer mobile number [protected]. Whenever i called helpdesk, they denied receiving the deposit amount of Rs 1499 and did not even issue any refund reference number or deposit receipt. Please refund the entire amount asap to the original payment method from which you took the deposit and not returning it now.

                        I hsve never rented theRO with livepure i have rented with Furlenco and all of the sudden i got a legal notice about this. From last 3 months i hsve been trying to connect with both if the companies to grt the RO fixed but no one is responding. I had to reach here to connect now. My house has been changed since i was living on rented apartment and i live very next to that house. I have paid rent for mire than 2 years but I have no clue what has happened and infact how can you send me notice since i never rented with you always paid to furlenco only.

                        I am in a similar situation; I am being harrassed after 1.5 years to pay an astronomical amount because they claim I never returned the product, which I did. Do let me know how your process goes. I also rented from Furlenco btw
                        Why this is marked resolved i haven’t received anything from them. Infact they both furlenco and livepure making fool of people

                          This company is the worst. I purchased 2 units of Chill 35 air cooler in April 2021 and have regretted it ever since. Every year without fail including in 2021 after purchase, the units have been giving problems. But the fun does not end there. They take their own sweet time to respond and attend the complaints. Its only after posting such comments that they really begin to contact you to resolve your complaints. On June 24, 2023 I had registered a compaint with Livpure regarding problems with my air coolers. Complaint No. is JS-[protected]. On 30.06.2023, they sent me a message stating Mr. Jayesh Yadav (Mob No. [protected]) will attend my complaint. On 30.06.2023, Mr. Jayesh called me and I requested him to come on 01.07.2023 since I would be available for him to attend the complaint. Shri Jayesh has not called back till date to rectify my complaint and I tried calling him on 05.07.2023. However, he did not attend my call and has not bothered to call back and attend my complaint. Further, Livpure had informed me that the complaint was allocated to Unique Services (Mob No. [protected]). When I contacted them, Mr. Sajid Khan replied that they do not have any connection with Livpure and they are issuing wrong messages. Till date nobody has bothered to contact me regarding repairing of my air coolers i.e. almost 20 days. This is the worst possible service ever from any company that I have made purchases from and sincerely regret ever buying Livpure Chill 35 air coolers. Probably after reading this complaint, someone from Livpure will want to contact me so my Mob. No. is [protected]

                            This issue is not resolved.

                            For a single complaint, your engineers have visited 5 times to my house .

                            Still the below issue is not solved.

                            No one is properly responding to any of my calls.

                            Everyday and every time they were in meeting.

                            I am using multiple appliances I have never faced any issues like this and this type of worst customer support and service .

                            When can u solve this leakage issue?

                              I have a livepure touch 2000+ model this model had some issue last month and the water was not getting filtered, the issue that after draining the water from the tank, the tank was showing full and the water was not getting free flow then I made an official complaint in livepure and from there I got A service agent came to our house and opened the filter and said that the filter is jammed and he change filter and billed 2000 rupees.Later I called him and told him that the problem is not solved but the problem is still the same but he stopped me from filing the complaint again and said I will come back and file your complaint but nothing came and the problem with my purifier is still the same

                                I have annual maintenance contract valis until 2025, but in spite of many reminders the company or their service agent are not providing support. The UV filter and candle change is due but the company is not responding. We may suffer medical conditions, if the service is not provided immediately as it is two months late already.
