[Resolved] Livpure — cheating in the name of amc. | |||
I have a envy+ro, after first yr. They assured 2 free candle replacement service a year. For which i opted for a 3 yr amc contact, which expired on 2nd aug 18. During these period, i found very poor service with unskilled technicians in the name of company service engineer. Twice i noticed, replacing filter candles with opened old used parts. The last service which was due on aug 18 was not attend, after repeated mail/telephonic reminder, felt helpless with false assurance Now, started claiming money saying contract expired. Now i am realizing it was a blunder going for livpure water purifier. I will now taking it as a challenge to get my due by putting it in a legal forum Was this information helpful? | |||
