I am writing to file a formal complaint against Live Pure Water Purifier regarding the lack of resolution to a complaint I raised on March 7th, 2024 with the complain number [protected]. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, no satisfactory action has been taken by the company.
On March 7th, I contacted Live Pure Water Purifier to report a water taste issue with the purifier installed at my residence. However, to my dismay, no one from the company responded or attempted to resolve the problem. Subsequently, I reached out to the customer service team via WhatsApp in hopes of seeking assistance. Regrettably, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from the team, particularly from an agent named Mohima Mandol.
During my interaction with Ms. Mandol, she displayed utter disregard for my concerns and failed to provide any meaningful assistance. Moreover, she abruptly disconnected the chat when I requested a refund for the service that was promised but not provided, along with the return of the security deposit paid during installation.
This lack of accountability and poor customer service from Live Pure Water Purifier is unacceptable. As a consumer, I am entitled to receive the services that were promised to me, and I should not have to endure such disrespectful treatment.
I request your intervention in this matter to ensure that Live Pure Water Purifier addresses my concerns promptly and provides the necessary resolution. Additionally, I seek your assistance in facilitating the refund of the money paid for the unfulfilled service and the return of the security deposit.
