Livpure — Complaint regarding Pathetic customer service

This mail is expressing my utmost frustration towards the incorrigible service provided by Livpure.I have been requesting for a service for my Livpure Water Purifier Since 2nd of December, yet haven’t received a proper closure regarding my issue.Every time I have to call or mail the customer service and yet be disappointed with no proper response.I called Madha Agency From Livpure but still got no response.I had taken AMC for 4 years, incase of clarification regarding my payment kindly check your database.I would want a refund of my AMC money, also I demand a compensation from Livpure for wasting my time and giving me false commitments that my issue would be closed.If this repeats I wouldn’t hesitate to take this issue to the consumer court.I demand a prompt reply and a closure of my issue or the above mentioned compensation.

I have similar experience. Livpure RO service is pathetic.
Did you take the ACMC online directly from Livpure? The outsourced service providers will attend to complaints only if the ACMC is taken from them and not for ACMC taken with Livpure. This is a scam.
