Service Request - No one cares

Through Livpure's app raised a Complaint and waited for Technician to pay me a visit so that he could work on the RO. After couple of days received a mail from Livpure and it stated my query has been resolved and they closed my ticket. I went ahead and called their CC on 16th of August and file a Complaint but till 19th no technician called me or even othered to call me. Livpure smart water subscription plan cancellation

Unacceptable customer service and unable to connect to an agent despite numerous calls. I want to cacel my subscription for which I have paid one year upfront amount. But nobody is there to assist me and their app is in unacceptable status for it to be in google play store...

No one attaining my service request, even after repeated calls

Address:Noida

I am using livpure 2000+ water RO system. My 2 year AMC is ending in Sep, 2022. My service is due and I am complaining/registering my service request since last two months and service engineer is not coming to service my RO. Noida region livpure RO Manager is not responding to my request. In 2 year of service they changes the membrane one time and this time they are not ready to change it.

Behavior issue of Livpure RO Area Manager

Is it mandatory to pay the visit fee to engineer against registered complain whether visit done or not, according to team we have to think twice prior to booking as "BIKE PAANI SE NAHI CHALTI"

It's seems that Livpure hired collection agency rather than service team.

Livpure RO Water leakage issue since 1 month

We have been facing water leakage issue in our RO since 1 month. We have raised multiple requests but no one has attended the request. Have taken 2 year gold plan AMC but it's of no use. Very poor service provided by livpure. No customer service and worst in response....

I am so sorry to say you that I am pissed off with the service of livpure.Not a single month I have used the livpure machine properly.Every time facing water is not coming issue and technician came to my door to fix it.But few month ago I was faced the issue again but no body was giving proper response.Still that the machine is not working properly.

Legal Notice for their own unprofessionalism

I made several requests for picking up the machine.
Their pick up guy would call me during the day to pick up the machine.
I told him each time that I'm available only in the evening. Still he kept calling me during the day. I have job that requires me at office every day.
They are not ready to pick up in the evening on a weekday or any time on weekends.

Now, they have sent me legal notice demanding money...

Exchange/return request

Mattress protector not delivered

Hii I had ordered a mattress protector for my sister . I had given her number as it will be delivered to her house . But unfortunately she gets a message saying that the product was delivered but it was not . Now I am calling the customer care but there is no reply from their end . I have been also asking their delivery partners number but they aren’t providing me with one . They are not ready to help me ....

Refund not credited

My deposit amount of rs 1499 not credited even though I had cancelled my subscription and the machine has been taken back.

They were promised that my deposit amount will be credited with in 7 days but it's been almost 3 months still now not credited. Poor customer care experience, no response for mail and all. and the recent ticket number is[protected] on 19/july/2022.
And the old one is 299660 on 31/may/2022.br...

Water Purifier - Unable to send engineer for resolving

I placed a request for bad taste of water on 29th June, 2022. Have been constantly following up with their support team but everytime I call, I only get an update that the team is facing issues in creating job sheet or they are facing technical issues. No supervisor available for escalations, zero resolution as of now. The taste of water is bad and we are getting ill because of bad water....

Order not delivered by Livpure delivery partner

I am highly disappointed with the service that Livpure is providing.

The order was placed on July 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM, still the order is not delivered. The delivery person called me and said that he will not be delivering the water purifier today as it is a single item and he is staying 22 kms away from my place. He also said that the company is providing only INR 50/- per delivery which is not enough for him for petrol...

Waiting for RO Service by Livpure from 1.8 Years

How long do i have to wait?

I bought RO on 19.10.2020, from 1 Year & 8 months no maintenance service was done by Livpure. Whereas 2 free services and filter change was included in the price/package.

I had taken a monthly subscription from Livpure for providing me clean drinking water (Registered number - [protected], Name - Shreyans Mehta, email id - [protected]@hotmail.com). I had over 400 litres of balance remaining in my account. At the time of initiation of the service they advertised and mentioned that seamless service will be provided and in case of shifting the maximum time will be 48 hours.
