[Resolved] Livpure — customer care is not reachable always

Dear sir,
I have purchased a liv pure waterpurifier "pep pro" from flipkart.
Currently it is not working and i have been trying to reach customer care through toll free number "[protected]" more than a week. Still i am not able reach them and it says that customer is busy. Even i tried sent sms "56567" three times with different days, nobody reached out me so far.
Please help me to fix water purifier issue at the immediately.
I am not sure to escalate about the issues.

My LIVPURE Water Purifier is not functioning and needs urgent service.
Please depute someone to repair it immediately.
