Livpure — I am complaining about poor service

I recently purchased a Livpure water purifier expecting good quality and support. However, I faced a major issue with the product and reported it to Livpure customer care. Despite repeated follow-ups, no technician visited and no solution was provided. This is unacceptable, especially for a product related to drinking water and health.

My complaint was completely ignored, and I received zero support from their team.

I am highly disappointed and would NOT recommend Livpure to anyone. Please think twice before buying. I’m posting this so others don’t suffer the way I did.
