Livpure — Installation not done and not responding at all

I Got the RO ( allura premia) 3 days ago, himansu ([protected])from sales team promised installation will done on 11th May'25. The case assigned to service engineer Saravanan ([protected]) and i was advised to connect with him. for the last 3 days I calling both the sales and service team at least 10-15 times but not even responding even for courtesy.
i am Trying to escalate this case but no option given to customer. I really dont want to continue with Livpure on my new product, better take you product and refund me, i will go for better service. Thank you.

Waiting for installation for last 3 days, the service engineer not responding at all. please cancel the product and refund i don't want to experience this awful service.

customer service it not reachable at all even if you wait for 2 - 3 hours. it is like a scam deducated 16000 rupees but not giving service
