Livpure — Legal notice received for RO machine already returned

I had returned the LivPure RO machine in 2022 but still have been served a legal notice over whatsapp for not returning the machine.

This is a scam being run by Livpure company where they are knowingly harassing the customers.

A few points to be noted -
1. Customer Service agent calling after 3 years to check about the machine return and threating to send legal notice.
2. No proactive step being taken by the customer agents and the company to understand the situation
3. Knowingly not responding to the customer calls and deliberately delaying the RO cancellation and ownership transfer requests.
