Livpure — Legal threatening, bad communication, worst product. | |
This email is in response to the legal notice send on behalf of M/s. Livpure Smart Homes Pvt. Ltd. by The Emphasis law office advocates and consultants dated 25.10.2021 Ref: - EL/LSH-SEP/3-21/WA/DAJW91D1002374/334 D and the copy is attached it with this email. The product was subscribed on 03/03/2020 with a payment of Rs 675 ( with free refund and cancellation within 7 days trial period). Payment slip attached with this email. The machine was installed on 09/03/2020. Due to poor performance of the machine with 185TDS value which is very high, we have requested for the cancellation and refund of the subscription on 12/03/2020. The product was dismantled by a service engineer on 16/03/2020 however not picked up. I wonder why they dint picked it up on the same day, considering we have to take leaves to accomodate for the pickup. ( mail confirmation of dismandling attached with this email) On 25/03/2020 I have recieved a mail intimation that due to government advisory Livpure has suspended its operations till 15/04/2020 and need wait till that time. On 17/04/2020, an executive had whatsapp me asking weather the machine has been picked up or not. The same day he has called me and I have confirmed that its not picked up and we are ready to handover it, where he intimated that they will pickup it soon. (whatsapp conversation attached with this email) On 30/04/2020 I got another message saying "Will contact you after lockdown completes". After that no news at all. (whatsapp conversation attached with this email) After a long time on 04/06/2020 I have recieved another message on whatsapp saying "Hi sir, Can we pickup the machine tomorrow?." By this time I have vacated bangalore and have kept the machine in my roomates new apartment which he shifted to. for which I replied " [04/06, 13:09] Aswin Mathew: Hi. I have vacated the place. My roomate has the machine with him. But now he is in Kerala. He is reaching Bangalore next week. You can contact him for further. [04/06, 13:10] Aswin Mathew: xxxxxxxx [04/06, 13:10] Aswin Mathew: Sai Krishna" as I have vacated the place due to Covid. (whatsapp conversation attached with this email) After this the executive, upon the agreement with my friend, the machine was to be picked on 03/07/2020 (whatsapp conversation attached with this email). I assumed that it was picked up on the scheduled date. On 19/08/2020 I recieved another message from another executive "Hi Sir/Madam From Livpure Can I Arrange My Person on 20th August to collect the RO? Please confirm the area pin code", But as I heard from the previous executive that the machine was scheduled to be pickup on 03/07/2020 and assumed it was already picked up, hence I replied its already been picked up. Till this date we are ready to handover the machine. But due to very bad customer care from livpure, no showup even after scheduling pickups from multiple executives and poor communication ( whatsapp is not a proper medium for official communication), the machine was failed to be picked up. Also there is no subscription fee to be payed towards livpure as it was cancelled during the 7days trial period and I am yet to get the refund amount of Rs 675. Even after sending mail with the above matter, no replies, even after 5 followup mails. Some one has contacted me on Nov 07th 21, saying I havent replied to the legal message ( by thie time I have send around 5 mails to initiate the pickup, but no replies ), he agreed to pickup the machine on 8th Nov 21. Till today no one has showed up. I hope this is a scam to loot our money saying non return of product. Was this information helpful? | |
